Gowanbank House B&B was clean and friendly, and the little extras like the fresh milk and the complementary home made cakes were lovely. I stayed at the Gowanbank the in May when I was attending the Darvel Blues Festival. The hospitality was second to none. Attention to detail amazing... freshly baked cakes sitting in the top landing on arrival. Nothing was too much bother for Isabel and Willie. I will definitely be booking again for next year.

Jess and I had the pleasure of an ovnight stay during a few days walking a few weeks ago. We were met with the ultimate in hospitality. The attention to detail is obvious and comfort was evident. Will most definitely be back and we have recommended Gowanbank widely since coming home.

This business is situated overlooking the A761 road with excellent views across the Irvine Valley. My wife and I recently stayed at Gowanbank House for two nights. The accommodation, breakfasts and friendly, helpful service were, as ever, absolutely first class. This was our fourth pstay and it certainly wont be our last. Willie and Isabel are superb hosts and excellent ambassadors for bonnie Scotland.
