Positive: Friendly staff, especially Roger. Quiet location. The grounds and pool are well maintained...very picturesque. Although my stay was short, the owners made me feel like family. That is always a plus in my book. Lastly, if you prefer to cook your own food, the kitchen area is pretty neat. Cons: The rooms need a face lift (or at least... More

The place is nice and the owners are friendly, however, I did not had any room service for period of my stay and the water problem was getting to me because everytime i had to take a shower there is none and when i did get it was little to none and on top of that there is no hot... More

I stayed at the hotel from 16-18 January before heading off to Port of Spain on business. This a really pleasant stay, the location is very good being so close to airport and beaches. What made it really special was the treatment by the hotel owner, they gave me a lift to the beach and to airport when taxis were... More

Let's be clear, the owners of this hotel are the nicest and kindest people. They understand "hospitality" and did everything to keep our business. Unfortunately, the hotel was not for us. We booked based on the excellent reviews on this website and others but found the room below expectations. The pillows were flat with a moldy smell and the television... More

First of all it was indeed our pleasure hosting both of you. We do apologize for any inconvenience/disappointment you may have encountered during your short stay with us but only hoped that you would have stayed longer for us to please you both to your satisfaction. If you both do decide on vacationing back to our beautiful island of Tobago,... More

Have you been looking for your long-lost Caribbean family? You will find them at Enchanted Waters (EW), where the Patino clan treats you like one of their own. The living at EW is easy, with short cab rides to the beautiful Pigeon Point beach (walks to other beaches which I didn’t see). Don’t forget Sunday School, a weekly fete of... More

Hospitality & service were the best! Breakfast (and house-made cheesecakes) was always superb! Mrs Patino and her son Roger who along with Kenneth Patino are the owners of the establishment, and they went all out to ensure our visit was pleasant. From the ambiance of the grounds (which includes a lovely pool) to the comfortable rooms and added privacy of... More

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much at Enchanted Waters. The compound is very clean and pretty, especially in the night. We stayed in room number 8 which had two double beds, a bathroom, and a balcony with a dining area and kitchenette. The room wasn't over the top luxurious, but very comfortable and looked much better than... More

I recently stayed at Enchanted Waters with a friend and it was great. The pool and restaurant area were beautiful and relaxing. We had dinner at the restaurant on the second night of our stay (we had one of the specials of the night) and the food was so good that we almost literally purred like kittens with satisfaction. I... My partner and I just came back from spending our vacation in tobago and we choose the Enchanted Waters as our hotel. We stayed for 5 days there and all I can say it that I will definitely be back there in the future. From the moment we arrived at the reception desk we were greeted by Mrs Patino and... More

EW/Patinos is perfect for guests that arnt too fussy. It's family-run and has that easy going feel about it. If you're into Koi and fountains it's ur place. They've got 3 or so large ponds with massive koi. pretty awesome. Restaurant under renovation :( the room we stayed in was right next to one of the ponds so it sounded... More
