I stayed at the Enchanted Waters for on week and was disappointed with the service. No one was there to pick us up at the airport as promised, so after waiting about two hours we took a taxi to the hotel. The owner of the hotel met us at the door by the restaurant and took us to our room.... more

It all depends what you are going for. I wne to relax. and I believe that is you are going to get away from things, then this is the place for it. No hassles, the staff was nice, and the family owned environment was just what I needed. No one bothered you unnecessarily. I love the naturally look and feel,... more

I was really excited for my vacation at the Enchanted Waters but was taken back when i got there. Looks can be decieving as the hotel is not what you see on the website. First of all the owners of the place are Discourteous. AS we proceeded to our room the surroundings were not upkept and the pool is so... more

My wife and I celebrated our 1st year wedding anniversary in Tobago and we stayed at the Enchanted Waters for 3 days. I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. There was no shuttle from the airport (as was indicated by the hotel before we got there) so we took a taxi, which cost about $60TT ($10 USD). When... more

I must admit, the hotel ambience is very lovely, the rooms are nice, the outdoor type kitchenette very romantic and everything was really clean. However, the wall fountain appeared to be under repairs and the lights in the garden were not all utilised so the effect of the fairy type garden was lost on me. My husband and I checked... more

Loving care and an excellent getaway vacation... that's what we found at Enchanted Waters. We live on the larger island of Trinidad (as did about half the guests during our visit -- the other half were European or Canadian) and needed an Inn with a central location for the activities we had chosen. This was perfect! Our second floor suite... more

We wanted a reasonably priced self catering apartment in a Caribbean setting and found the Enchanted Waters Hotel fitted this requirement exactly. The rooms are in keeping with the age of the hotel and spacious with nice balconies with a kitchenette. The rooms were perfectly clean and serviced daily. We felt very comfortable for our three week stay and were... more

I visited this hotel in February 2008. It was the worst exerience I have ever had. I normally stay at the Hilton, but they were booked so I decided to try this hotel as the reviews were so great. There was no one at the reservation desk at any time. A woman in the restaurant handed me the key.The room... more

I stayed in Tobago with my husband and two young children and i have to say it was lovely. Very child friendly, and much love from the Pattino family. The food menu was amazing, a little pricey but definitely worth every penny, i recommend the steak/beef and the lobster. Loved the kitchenette, it was very handy. My 2 year old... more

Enchanted Waters was a positive experience for us. Whenever we came down from Charlotteville to the lowlands of Tobago to do grocery shopping or other errands during our 5 week stay, we used EW as our base of operations. EW is not a sterile, resort-type atmosphere. It's a family-owned hotel with a personality that seemed warm and inviting to us.... more
