Standard room taken - EXTREMELY MINI television, leaking pipe in shower, pipes were rusty, water pressure was low, towels were aged, housekeeping never came and I stayed 3 days and 2 nights, mosquitoes.

This property is situated in a good location. Once you have your car with you life is made easier. My friends and I stayed on for three nights in celebration of two birthdays including my own which was spent here. Clean rooms, nice landscape, pool was nice also. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and friendly. However, the elderly lady at... More

I spent a week here earlier this month and had a wonderful experience. Very nice room with a comfortable bed, jacuzzi, shower, kitchenette, and excellent food at the restaurant downstairs. Very nice people, nice pool, garden, all very clean and well cared for.

Anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay, clean surroundings, good food and great ambience, Enchanted Waters is definitely recommended. My companion and I visited the Enchanted Waters Hotel for the period October 22 to October 26, 2015. The owners were warm and accommodating. The hotel is small, intimate and very comfortable. The compound is nicely fitted with fountains, breathtaking... More

The bartender carried out dual duties as the receptionist and gave me directions to find my room. Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. Needs some measure of refurbishment as the poorly installed jacuzzi was detatatching itself from the wall. Jets are rusted, knobs are broken off but at least it worked. Cobwebs and spiders were also present to greet me. Television... More

First all of, I do thank you for your constructed criticism. It has shown us where we may need to show more concern with. As days and times go on, some things do get overlooked but nevertheless I do thank you for bringing it to my attention. As for your dinners, it's really too bad that it didn't suit your... More

My teenage son and I spent a few days at the Enchanted Waters hotel this July. It doesn't aspire to be a Holiday Inn or a $$$$$ boutique resort, which is precisely why we enjoyed our stay there. The kitchenette is modest but certainly adequate. The rooms were clean, no issues with room service, the A/C worked well and the... More

Beautiful small, cozy and clean hotel at an affordable price. The family owners (especially Marcia) was very accommodating, warm and friendly. The food at the in-house restaurant (Patinos) was excellent. We stayed for two nights last weekend. We chose the breakfast option at the hotel and was more than surprised at the simple but lovely and filling breakfast (local and/or... More

Firstly, the pictures made the hotel seem much nicer than it actually is. Parking lot needs to be paved. The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. The kitchenette is very small, not conducive to large amounts of cooking. Limited utensils. My group of 10 friends and I stayed here. Over the phone the manager told us... More

First of all thank you for your comments about our hotel, it is very much appreciated. For us to have accommodated your party of 10, three Standard Suites would have been necessary and would have been mentioned/confirmed to you. Its was too you might have felt that our pool was too small but it is a standard 16" x 32"... More
