Closed for business. It has the perfect position directly in front of ferry. Looking forward to stepping inside when the refurb is finished. It may be famous infamous for stopping prince Edward from dining .... But with or without the royal seal of approval it still gets my vote x

I hadn't been on Rathlin for 30+ years but decided to re-visit in July 2014 for 2 nights, despite the weather forecast being relatively poor. The great advantage is the location just on the edge of the harbour - extremely handy. Room was fine - basic, a bit dated, but clean and the single beds really are single in width... More

This guesthouse is a bit older and shows its age in places, but it is a really charming place. The rooms are all warm and inviting, and it is located directly on the harbor just feet from the ferry. But what makes this place shine is the management--Alison and Theresa are spectacular, and go above and beyond to make their... More

Hospitality second to none, from a warm welcome with fresh filter coffee to home cooking made with a passion ranging from delicious healthy vegetarian foods to imaginative home baked breads. The rooms are very clean comfortable and have a homely feel. Alison and Teri, the hosts, and so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. (Day trippers were... More

Such a comfortable, friendly and welcoming b&b. Each room has a wonderful view of the small but busy harbour, where sometimes several seals can be spotted. Alison and Theresa were very helpful and full of information about this lovely island. We have stayed there on several occasions, and will do so again.

Would not hesitate to recommend The Manor House. Not the Waldorf Astoria but a lovely guesthouse with charming, friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, quite spacious and bed was very comfortable. Very good value for money and right beside the ferry! Only drawback was a fairly limited breakfast, no cooked meat, but generous enough overall. Not really any other options... More

Have just spent 2 nights in Manor House and can't praise it or the staff enough! Alison and Terri run the Manor House ably assisted by the lovely Isabelle and I have to say that they really couldn't do enough for you! The Manor House is very clean, cosy and welcoming. The room we had was very comfortable with a... More

We stayed as a group of 8 middle-aged guys on a cultural exchange (i.e.session) for the night. Terry & Alison were the perfect hosts, looking after our every need. The Manor House is located @ 50 feet from the ferry with a great view of the harbour and mainland. The rooms are immaculately clean with nice touches. Some of us... More

I have just returned from a yoga retreat in the Manor House and I couldn't speak more highly about it. It is a lovely hotel with lots of character and wonderful staff who really look after you from start to finish. Alison and Teresa are so lovely and very welcoming - they really made our stay very special. The breakfast... More
