Marilyn and I went out to the Haapiti surf break with Tama on 12th January to see the break. It was a dream come true to see the wave and Tama lent me a boogie board for the fastest ride of my life an "inside" wave. I lost the boogie board when i tried to pull out. Tama paddled over... More

My husband and I just got back from our second trip to Moorea, and our second time staying at Moorea Surf. We loved it, and couldn't be more happy. It was such a relaxing week. We surfed a ton, kayaked out to the lagoon a ton, dove, unplugged, rode bikes and had an amazing trip. I love staying here with... More

I really wanted to like the Moorea Surf BnB but didn't for the following reasons: 1) It really isn't that close to the Haapiti surf break, which I came there to surf. Tama, the owner/host, has a boat, but it's about $50 for a 2 hour session to have him take you out, and for 2-3 sessions a day this... More

Came here without checking the location before - just because a friend told me he had been there. When arrived couldn't believe this is true. Very nice location! Tama and his wife are so nice! Really care if you have any trouble! Bikes, Canoe and kayak available. Nice Kitchen/ Community-room. Everything very clean. Nice hiking. Very good snorkeling around. Shop... More

Couldn't have hoped for a better experience! The whole lodge had been booked during the dates I was on Moorea, so I ended up camping on the property. Tama was an awesome host and went the extra mile to make sure I had a great stay. He was there to help when I ran into some rental car trouble, and... More

Surprised my hunny for his 30th birthday with a surf trip! Tama was amazing, surf every day! Island tours, hiking tours! Marie hosted a beautiful gourmet dinner! Hands down one of the best trips of our lives with some great people!!!!!! B&B was very clean, tropical, comfortable with everything we could want or need! Highly recommend to all our family... Tama and Marie are excellent hosts. After 3 days we felt like we were living as a resident of moorea. Look for the lifeguard red colored surfboard on the ocean side of the road. When you pull in you will see a wooden building on the right which have the rentals. There is a connecting walkway to the commons which... More

Just got back from an amazing trip to French Polynesia. We hit a few different islands but hands down the Moorea Surf Bed & Breakfast made the trip. Tama who runs the B&B was super knowledgable and accommodating. Anyone traveling to Moorea should def contact Tama for great surf and pure relaxation. Thanks Again Dan

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay in Moorea for a 3-day visit. I found this place on Tripadvisor and thought it would work well. I've stayed in a lot of hostels, and many of them have been nicer than this place for less than half the price. Really it's not bad for what it is, but for... More

Dear Jersail83, Thank you for your review. Indeed, we're located in the country part of the island away from the hurly burly of big cities. This is exactly what most of our guests are actually looking for : a quiet little family-run guesthouse. The island tour is 62 km and the speed limit is 60 kph. So any place on... More

Highly recommend to stay at Moorea Surf Bed and Breakfast, location/price is great plus Tama is such a great host. We took the tour around Moorea and he showed us around beautiful sceneries around the island.
