We had to break our drive at Egirdir on our way to Konya from Denzili, and this was perfect. Although initially we made bookings at Charly's, our host gave us offered us some better options, and was happy to put us up as per our liking. The view from the breakfast table at Charlys is unbeatable, and we experienced a... More

I would have given this hotel a poor rating, except for the wonderful fresh water crawfish they served in their restaurant. The room was not clean, the hairdryer did not work, it was semi-dangerous to get to our room (up and down steps right outside our door), I did not find the management to be helpful....I pride myself in finding... They actually have three pensions: Charly's, Lele and Fulya, which we stayed in. The room was spacious, heated (October), and comfortable, and the bathroom was very large, modern and clean. We didn't have a view but we also had one of the less expensive rooms. The breakfasts, which were included, were excellent with lots of variety. We did eat dinner... More

We arrived at Charly's Pension, staying in the less "upmarket" option of their complex - Lele Pension, after walking the St Paul's trail for 12 days. It was the most perfect ending for our wonderful walk. After being on the move, it was lovely to find ourselves sitting on their sun-drenched terrace over looking the lake, enjoying home style cooking,... More

What a fantastic area and what a great place to stay. Everything you could wish for in a Pension. Great staff, great food, great location, and fabulous room what a view. For a solo traveller this was a great place to stay, I came direct on the bus from Fethiye and was met and taken to the pension by Muslom... More

A good place to stay a night or two plus a host who can arrange anything in Egirdir, including bikes, bus tickets to Istanbul, etc. Lakeside views, breakfast on the sunny terrace and swimming included!

We found the Charly´s Pension in Egirdir by chance and immediately decided to stay. The rooms were booked up but there was a possibility to camp on a little spot down at the lake and to use facility of the pension. We were offered to stay on one of wooden patios just above the lake as it turned out the... More

This place is like an oasis in egirdir. The terraces is very very cosy and the beach behind the hotel is very beautiful. You can look over the lake while eating or chilling. The stuff is awesome. They rent us a book, a backpack and a map for free while we were doing a part of the st. Pauls trail.... More

We actually stayed at the Fulya Pension which is just metres from Charly,s and their sister pension. We took breakfast and evening meals at Charly,s on the terrace overlooking the lake with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful and for the evening meals we had Lake Sea Bass and Crayfish from the lake which... More

We did not sleep there, but we asked some informations for a little trekking on Saint Paul's trail. They asked a lot of money for borrowing a map and a book of the zone and for bringing us at the beginning of the trail (about 10 km by car). The trail they recommended was not completely signed (they told us... More

Dear customer, We are sorry to hear that you became lost on the trail. Though we are happy to provide information about the trail, the St. Paul’s Trail does not belong to us – it is painted and maintained by volunteers (though we help out when we can!). We are also happy to lend our guests the book and map... More
