I have stayed here several times on my way to and from Hereford and North Wales. Garden Challett style accomodation with undercover walkways, all easilly acessable from both Hotel and Car Park. Diner and Breakfast is all acceptable and affordable with the Bar tarrif at a reasonable level. The Hotel is dog / pet friendly and the rooms are very... More

Spent a very pleasant weekend in Tintern In March. A very warm welcome from helpful receptionist. Hotel looks like an large old inn from the front but rooms are at the back in a very nice garden. Small stream with a waterfall into the mill house craft centre ( good) It is a bit like an American motel in that... More

Spent just one night for my husband's birthday and it was really relaxing. Staff friendly and efficient, food excellent and they did really well to serve the restaurant as well as the function room. Bar prices not bad, either, with a good selection. Our room had everything we needed, well-presented and spotlessly clean, and possibly the biggest bed we had... More

A really friendly hotel with great service. As it was winter they had a log fire burning which made the bar area really cozy. The rooms are very clean and well looked after and I wil definately stop here again when I am in the area.

It has been a year since we were able to return, yet we were remembered and greeted like friends. The atmosphere here is so relaxing. The rooms are comfortable. The good thing was bad weather meant we spent time in the lounge with a log fire relaxing with a drink.

Just spent 2 nights here. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant in the evenings was very good and an excellent choice for breakfast.. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely return. JS

The staff can't do enough for you. Very pleasant. If you want a quiet place in a quaint village this is the one. Rooms are comfortable with some nice little touches, bathrooms bit dated but clean. Lovely views and, nice outside space. Would be beau t foul on a sunny day.

Visited today for a fantastic Sunday lunch with amazing service. It was £15 for three courses so very good value for money too. Definitely will be returning and worth a visit for the lovely Sunday lunch
