Absolutely a must to stay at! Beautiful, clean, comfortable, lovely décor. The most breathtaking view. Marvelous breakfast - home cooked & healthy too!. Even better - your hosts are pretty amazing people. We loved it there so much - our dream home in Alaska! Don't miss this awesome B&B! So close to Anchorage

Roger & Arlene are great hosts! They were very generous with their time and great stories were told. Arlene was also happy to discuss a variety of subjects which I greatly appreciated. The b & b is set up a hill with lovely views over Turnagain. Just beautiful to sit out on the verandah in the evening looking over the... More

Only got to stay for one night, but would definitely stay again. The log cabin style lodging has 3 B&B rooms and is quite well appointed. The room was very comfortable with the windows open on a July evening, no heating required. Breakfast was exceptional - we had the choice of Chicken, Duck, Goose or Turkey eggs - all from... More

We (two couples) spent four nights in this place. It is a beautiful house all around, kept immaculately clean. I thought it was brand new and we were the first customers to stay there, just could not believe that it was built more than ten years ago. The views are breathtaking, the breakfast is great, but another completely unexpected bonus... More

I can't remember how I found this place but am so glad we did. Settled along the way to Seward on top of a hill with great view. Run by Roger and Arlene who were flexible, fun and full of great stories (Roger) and their sweet niece and cute and friendly bear dogs. We stayed in the rock room which... More

We stayed at Turnagain B&B for two nights and we enjoyed everything about it: the breath taking views, beautifully designed house, fireplace and very clean rooms. What made this stay exceptional and not just great are the hosts and owners of the B&B. Arlene made a breakfast to die for: eggs from their raised chickens, home made bread, buffalo bacon,... More

Roger and Arlene were delightful hosts and made our stay exceptional! The from-scratch breakfasts were among the best I have ever enjoyed: fresh eggs from their chickens and ducks, home-baked bread, and more! My husband and I couldn't have imagined a better welcome to Alaska, and we hope to return to this special B&B someday. If you're visiting Anchorage, I... More

During our recent trip to Alaska, my wife and I spent two nights at the Turnagain View Bed and Breakfast. The B&B is a beautiful log home with a great view overlooking Turnagain Arm. Our room was very nice and the breakfasts were very good. The hosts were helpful and friendly (Arlene even prepared us a very early breakfast the... More

If you want a great view, bed, breakfast with a smile, and beautiful accommodations with a true Alaska experience stay at the Turnagain View B&B. It was just about 20 minutes from the Anchorage airport and very easy to get to. The owners were absolutely the host and hostess with the mostest. My husband got up early every morning just... More

We brought a group of teens to a symposium in Anchorage and got lucky enough to book the Cowles' b&b. The 7 girls took over the Scissors Suite and the two guys took the Paper room with one of them sleeping on an air mattress on the floor. This arrangement worked out great for us. The breakfasts were hearty and... More
