Wow what can I say. This is the best holiday we have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble, they could not do enough to ensure our holiday was nothing but relaxing, easy and fun. Alex the host was just amazing. The facilities were second to none. We had the best time ever and would not hesitate to go back... More

I wanted so much to rate Manuia excellent, but in the end, I could not. We loved the place, what a location on the sunset coast of the island. Dramatic waves 50 yards offshore, so you had that constant background 'music'. The service was top notch throughout and the residents of Raro are really wonderful. Everything you bring to ALex... We've just got back from 8 nights at Manuia and overall it was a relaxing vacation except for some pretty ordinary weather. We agree with the comments about the plain breakfasts and for Rarotonga there was a surprising lack of fresh fruit at breakfast. The restaurant meals were plain and simple but enjoyable and the restaurant staff were excellent. The... More

We stayed at Manuia resort early august 2014. Weather wasn't great but the resort was very good. Our friends and my husband and I had adjoining beachfront rooms which turned out to be a very good arrangement because of the rain. We could sit on our decks and watch the ocean and everything else going on. Breakfast ( included) was... More

We were glad we chose this place - it's very relaxing and quiet (apart from the roosters and dogs barking, but you can't avoid those in Raro). We enjoyed relaxing on the hammocks or loungers. The pancakes at breakfast are good and are normally served around 8.30am. Loved the sand floor of the restaurant. We had dinner at the restaurant... More

My daughter and I stayed here for 9 nights at the beginning of July. Our stay was amazing. The resort was everything we could have wished for and more. We stayed in premium garden suite and the room was lovely. The outdoor shower is just the best. The staff were fantastic, everyone there was friendly and went out of their... More

Have just spent 10 days here and really enjoyed it. We were upgraded to a beach front room, which made our stay extra special. The resort is situated on the western side of the island which means you can enjoy wonderful sunsets. Our room was spacious with quality furnishings and we especially liked the outside shower! The restaurant is situated... More

My wife and I stayed for 12 days in a garden villa, early July. 4 other members of her family stayed here and other members of the family stayed at other places locally. The rooms had been upgraded since our last stay. We loved the outdoor showers. The place was spotless. The staff were attentive and hardworking. The housekeeping and... More

We had an absolutely amazing time staying at Manuia. Everything about it was fabulous. All the staff there were so welcoming and so helpful with any queries we had. The receptionist Kuri was fantastic about booking tours and restaurants for us. The manager Rajiv was fantastic. Always came and greeted us and cooked gluten free pancakes every morning for my...
