We try and go to Shellbay whenever we can, all the staff are so freindly and we are always made to feel welcome, entertainment and bingo m The area is great for kids, plenty for them to do and also safe as its well off the main road, and safe for out dog also, great walks along the beach for... Lovely location next to the beach, great play area for kids and plenty space to run around. The facilities were spotless as was the park itself. The only downside I felt it was a bit crammed full of touring caravans with not much space for camping. Very quiet at night though, didn't go into the bar or restaurant so can't... More

Arrived and allocated a tent pitch at reception , park was quiet at first with only a few kids until Friday then noise level increased dramatically. The tent pitches are allocated not on size of tent or space required but on numbered pitches that are not marked out, even though there were only 6 tents until Friday we were all... More

We have been to elie on quite a few occasions with our tourer as we like the park for the kids and the walk along the beach , however there is no protection against the elements of Scottish weather as its a wide open space, vans are situated very close together, row 34 is bedside main reception which you get... We stayed in a Castaway 6-8 berth caravan as a family of 6 - grandmother in 70s, mother, 4 children aged 8-15. These caravans are new for 2015. It was a very spacious, beautifully clean caravan and so close to the sea we could hear the waves in the evening in the living room - just over a sand dune,... More

Fab time had on a 3 day trip Restaurant was great all 5 meals a1! Pitches adequate although if I'd used my awning would have been having breakfast with the neighbour! Club was good, made to feel welcome plenty to do for the kids too! Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a family atmosphere!

Super brand new luxury caravan with covered veranda. So much better than we expected from a dog friendly van. The site was clean and well looked after. An unexpected surprise was the welcome pack of wine, tea, coffee etc as well as a doggy chew. The staff were all lovely. The club at night was better than I expected for... More

Great location, close to beach. Fantastic children's play area. Nice bar area and restaurant on site. Toilets/shower areas ample and clean. Based on other reviews the site certainly is popular but we won't be returning!! The site is just rows and rows of caravans with not a lot of supervision and having stayed in Caravan Club sites I do not... More
