My ground floor room was to the front so I was a little concerned about noise however as this is outside the core of the village it was very peaceful and I had a great night's sleep. The en suite shower room was modern, clean and well appointed. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection of fresh fruit. Our... More

Everything a bed and breakfast should be. Clean, comfortable and a fantastic breakfast. Liz and Mitch are a great double act and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Stayed here with four friends during our Fife coastal walk. Would recommend without hesitation.

Liz and Mitch are very welcoming, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is stunning, a super display of fruits are available plus a good range of cereals. The hot breakfast is cooked to order and Liz offers a wide range of options all excellently prepared. I will definitely return!!

Had a fantastic stay at No1. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast was first class with a great choice of fresh fruit and cereals. There was also a cooked breakfast which was extremely tasty with all the usual on offer, sausages, eggs , bacon, mushrooms black pudding etc. All this served by the delightful owners who are... Our family (wife, son & myself) stayed in June 2014 whilst attending a friends wedding. First class accommodation and service. Made to feel very welcome by hosts. Food was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

On 1st September 2014 we stayed at the above Bed and Breakfast for two nights. We received a warm welcome, lovely front facing room, our own bathroom/shower. Our breakfast was excellent, the menu was quite extensive, the service could not have been better. All in all we felt very much at home and valued. Liz and Mitch were such good... More

seems i am not the only admirer of this place,it was very good. not too cheap, but for 1 night i didn't mind at all. the room was big (adj to the front door) and you do get a little noise from the traffic and the door. the main plus was the breakfast - what a choice you have: on... More

My family and I stayed with Liz and Mitch for 4 days. The room was beautifully presented with everything you would expect. The breakfasts were amazing with a huge choice of cereals and fresh fruit. The cooked breakfasts were also delicious and perfect before going off adventuring. I cannot rate them more highly. They looked after us for our whole... More

This is a beautifully restored historic building. Our room was spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our hosts, Liz and Mitch, were friendly, outgoing and accommodating. The breakfast was outstanding --with lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, and a variety of cereals. In addition, there were delicious home-cooked breakfast choices such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or hot porridge. We highly... More
