We enjoyed two nights at Finca del Sol on a trip through Central America, and would highly recommend it. The two cabins have been hand-built and are beautiful as well as eco-friendly, right down to the solar power and compostable toilet, and the owners Sheri and Cristiano could not be more helpful. My husband and I spent three nights last week at Finca del Sol and have only the highest compliments for the food, lodging, service and travel advice. The dinner they offer is really tasty, plus they can provide plentiful advice, local knowledge and are engaging people to stay with.
