Firstly, a big thank you to Liz & Joe for a fantastic stay at their B&B. It was like an experience never had before. From the time you arrive you are greeted with a big friendly smile and a glass of wine................what could be better? We had a tour of the vineyards and a detailed session on wine making from... More

What a charming B&B owned and run by a wonderful and fascinating couple. The rooms are deluxe, private, and the evening meal was absolutely superb, all 9 courses of it with wine!!!! For our money, there simply is no better place to stay or dine when in Carcassonne!

My husband's lovely aunt and uncles offered us a night at O'Vineyards as a wedding gift. And what a gift it was! The setting is stunning, the wines and food are delicious and the most enjoyable part of all was spending time with our hosts! Joe and Liz are generous, welcoming, hilarious...tangible proof that decades of marriage can be a... More

On arrival Liz and Joe immediately make you feel that you are part of the family. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and because the vineyard is on the edge of a small village everywhere is very quiet. Check in does not require the usual request for details and credit cards, you are just offered a glass of wine and... More

O'vineyards B&B is situated in the middle of the vineyard, with gently rolling slopes of vines stretching away into the far distance. The ancient medieval city of Carcassonne lies on the horizon, lit up at night as a beautiful glowing illumination. Liz and Joe, the husband and wife owners of the o'vineyards, are the most welcoming of hosts. They go... More

We had a wonderful two nights with our hosts Joe and Liz. She cooked amazing but healthy food. Joe's tour of the winery was both educational and tasty. When we first drove up to this place which is right near a residential neighborhood, we weren't sure what to expect. But our expectations were exceeded from the moment Joe called out... More

We had the pleasure of staying with Liz and Joe overnight earlier this month. Very comfortable and spacious room with far reaching views over the vineyard. Fantastic by itself, but what was absolutely superb was the companionable dinner we had with Liz and Joe - sharing stories with just them. The scrumptious meal was restaurant standard, and our dinner took... More

You drive up to a beautiful home in the middle of a vineyard. You are fed great food and drink wonderful wines, are given a lesson in winemaking and secrets from the kitchen. You chat with the hosts Liz and Joe like they are long lost family then retire to your room that has a balcony that overlooks the vines.... More
