We found this nice looking resort for a weekend, for celebratind our anniversary. But what a disaster!!
We came up to an uncleaned room. Well I guess that happens. The next room was cleaned. But we still missed soaps, bathropes, slippers, fresh fruite with chocolate, which we where promised for an extra fee, at the reservation. We called the receptionist Pia, and she came up with soap supplies. We never got an apoligize for anything of aboved, but instead almost accused lying of the extra's that have had ordered. The problems continued, and she wouldn't leave our room, when I asked her to. So we decided to take our bags and leave the "Hotel" 2 hours after checkin. What a disaster. A really bad experience. We was shocked with the service & the way they treated us.
We can't recommend this resort at all! more
