I have stayed at this location twice now. Its efficient, clean and comfortable. Close to London by train and there is a pedestrian shopping center about a 3 min. walk away. They do a buffet breakfast which is good. I would stay here again. more

We stayed at this hotel over the Christmas period whilst visiting family in the area. There were no problems with check-in as previously reviewed and I guess that was just good timing on our part. The room itself was ok; we were on the third floor at the front of the building. The bathroom was in need of a good... more

In many ways the service was good. The hotel waiting staff coped reasonably with some guests arriving late (M25) and the catering staff were flexible in accommodating unexpected changes to table displays. However, as it took some time to sort out, we were inconvenienced by being given a bill for outstanding items at the end of our event which related... more

We used this hotel as a base for a family wedding in September and as an overnight stop it was quite good. The rate we got was a b&b for £90 which we both felt was pretty good value for money. The room was comfortable as was the bed and it was pretty much a standard Marriott offering. breakfast in... more

I don't know were to begin. First of all I had to try and find a parking space, the hotel does have a multi-storey car park but not nearly enough spaces, the car park was full so I had to spend 20 minutes finding somewhere to park the car - Thank you Marriott! I finally had the car parked and... more

Check in was a bit of a pain as the member of staff was new and his english wasnt very good, however we very much enjoyed our stay at the Marriott and will return. The breakfast was excellent, I enjoyed my dinner however my husbands steak was a bit hit & miss. The only disappointing thing was that very few... more

Check in was slow, took 45 minutes. Reception was never staffed well. No porter service, despite having a young child in tow. Rooms were well sized. Air conditioned. Nice toiletries. Bathroom was not hygenic, mould around bath and shower head. Drainage in bath did not work. Toilet was also not cleaned well. No security to prevent strangers from entering Hotel... more

I have to admit I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but I was amazed. It is fabulous! The rooms are huge, the service is excellent and the staff are mega polite. The bar was open till midnight and after that there is a large, comfortable lobby to sit around chatting in for as long as you like. Breakfast is... more

I booked the hotel based on price, availability and proximity to the Brands Hatch GP circuit for the final round of the A1 GP. Many hotels in the immediate vicinity were full so I was pleased to find availability at the Marriott - only 20mins away from the track. The Marriott is decent hotel with high levels of service. Rooms... more

Stayed here regularly, and find staff pleasant, efficient, and breakfast was quite good. Room service menu is however not what I expected from a Marriot. If you are planning for dinner please eat out; there is a Zizzi opposite the hotel (Italian food) and a few other nice restaurants nearby. The standard room with two double beds was much nicer... more
