I would not recommend this place to anybody. All The budget b&b we've stayed in has been so much better than this. We booked two nights but we left after one. The room was big but old and dirty, toilet was leaking water. Breakfast was not fresh, flys everywhere and ants. The whole place felt like a horror Movie.

Old and run-down but grounds and location good. Good beach except for the brown water which is common for Malaysia. Limited breakfast choice but edible enough. Not too bad for last minute if you have nowhere else to stay.

The swimming pool was dirty and smelly. My room leakage. No slippers provided. No wifi. No ASTRO. Bored. Hot water not function. They not allowed to change room. Breakfast worst. Mostly local food. Western... bread and butter, sausage, potato chip and scramble eggs. Dessert? Watermelon only. I will not come back to this hotel again.
