It's wonderful waking up to see flocks of monkey running across your room window and greets Sheeps and Rhino. From far, seeing giraffe and many others. Offers a unique staying experience. At night they had South Africa dance performance. The flip side is the food offered in the restaurant isn't as good.

Great stay at this hotel! I know it's kinda expensive, but then what do you really expect from such an exclusive concept of a safari hotel, with no similar competition until now? That said, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The room is awesome -- I stayed in a room right at the end of the corridor, in the Zebra... More

Overpriced? Don't expect much for a resort, its more like a chalet/ motel. But for an experience staying within a safari, I would think it's ok. A day stay is more than enough. My only complain is the food. Really really awful.

The reason why i stay in this hotel is for the safari experience since i travelled with 2 young children. My kids love it. It is a theme park hotel, so don't expect too much of service and luxury. It's next to (walking distance) Leofoo Village Theme Park and near to Window on China Theme park. This makes the stay... More

The hotel stay was pleasant as it included 2D park ticket with breakfast and dinner for all - still a little expensive for a night. We stayed in the Kenya Green Room at the Giraffe wing. The room is a little worn out and requires some new brush of paint. However, the beds are nevertheless clean and comfortable for the... More

Note this hotel is not in Taipei City but in Hsinchu county(which is just slightly south of Taipei). I believed this hotel is run/managed by the Westin group and this hotel is very expensive even compare to the Hyatt in Taipei. What is so unique about this hotel is that your living area (which you look outdoors that is) are... More

We booked a room for 2D 1N. It was tough to arrange for transport from Taipei (only an e-bus was available which isn’t exact the most convenient choice for a family of 4 with luggage) so we had to book our own cab. Check in time was only at 4pm and we arrived at 1pm in anticipating of heading to... More

Free shuttle service by resort, actually can walk there. Estimated within 10 mins across the big carpark. Back to resort after 5pm. Had very close distance w giraffe n lemurs. Was assigned level... How many stars to give for this stay really depends on how much you spend and your expectations. We paid over 500 USD and expected to see a giraffe out our balcony when we woke up (per their advertisement) and what a disappointment. We were allocated room 243 and let's just say we did not see ANY animals out our... More

Wonderful! We got a free upgrade as well, thanks for that! :) We did Lemur feeding at 10.10am. Another session is at 4.10pm. Do take note of these so that you can plan ur check out / check in time. We weren't able to find info on these anywhere but glad we managed to squeeze this in, our daughter enjoyed... More
