We booked a family room. Room spacious with 2 shower cubicles and 2 toilet cubicles. A lovely place with safari and theme park. Buffet spread good and thumbs up on food quality for both breakfast & dinner. A place not to be missed by family with kids.

Upon reaching the resort, we are warmly greeted by a family of Ring-Tailed Lemur. My 3 children were so excited to see them at such close proximity along the walkways. These Lemurs are not shy at all and you can even touch them as they approach you. There are other animals there including Giraffe, Rino, Zebra etc... The resort is... More

We visited the place on 17 June 2015. The park is large, we went late in the afternoon abt 230pm adm we headed straight to the Safari zone as it closes at 4pm and park closes at 5pm There are rides on this zone which kids love (6 and 11yo). We took the bus and train ride to the visit... More

Here are some tips: 1. Lower expectations Essentially what you are paying for is the upkeep of the animals, room is bare minimum. Sleep quality is not ideal because beds were worn out (mattress very soft). Staff are not fluent in english so if you speak only english or another language you will experience difficulties. If you have alot of... More

This resort is highly over priced. I booked the kenya room which promised good view of animals. I ended up with a room facing a big rock without animals. There were very few animals in the enclosure a distance away from my room; 2 zebras, 2 rhinos, a few sheeps, and some turtles, some monkeys and lots of flamigoes that... More

It is a long trek from Taipei to the resort. We took the local train (40 min) from Taipei main station to Zhongli and then a 30 min ride in a taxicab (about NT$500) to the resort proper. Once there you are greeted with an awesome view of the animals- lemurs, zebras and rhinos from the hotel lobby and boardwalk.... More

It was the most highly anticipated stay for the entire trip since it was incredibly expensive. We expected to see lots of safari animals wandering around but it was really quite pathetic. We stayed at the giraffe cottage, thinking we could see giraffes but as it turned out...there was only 1 giraffe and it just gave birth....so no giraffe for... More

Our room was on the ground floor so had to walk over, it was drizzling and umbrellas were provided. The bell boy also brought all our luggages including my friends' over to the rooms for us. We had a family room and it was spacious and with 2 bathrooms which makes it convenient for 4 to take turns and shower... More

I spent 3D2N in Leofoo for a family vacation. I have read a mixed review on this resort before my trip. Overall, the trip was a bit disappointed. The resort stay was very expensive and I did expect a superb experience. Unfortunately, the resort was smaller than I thought. While it was true that the animals were located in close... More

One sentence - a rip-off if not for the 'in-house' animals ..... I would have given this place a negative rating if not for the welfare of the animals in the compound. The hotel itself leaves much too much to be desired .... Yes, the animals themselves need to be fed and managed, and understandably expensive but the overall impression... More
