stayed for 1n in dec'15 in a queen hotspring bath room. the room was ok size, not super spacious but not too small either and had two good baths, one with hot spring water. free wifi. walkable from wulai old village. breakfast on terrace was nice, staff was helpful. the public hotpring area for men was super enjoyable, with high... Nice room, nice staff but the hotspring baths are different for men and women as it is a naked bath thing (we didn't like that part, the only guy in or group was alone ...) The food is not of the best quality, but ok I guess

Very good boutique hotel - clean, nicely set up, futons on floor, comfortable sleep. Friendly staff, a bit difficult communicating in English but understandable; 1km from the 'town centre' and no pedestrian path to hotel (cars drive very fast so be careful after dark); however taxi is $150TWD. Breakfast is set meals only; reasonable prices for dinner; expensive taxi (per... More

Nice resort, good views with standalone bath and running spring water. Clean, modern with comfy 4-poster bed. Nice alfresco restaurant with delicious hotpot. Unfortunately trails and waterfall are still closed after typhoon destruction so not much to do in Wulai...

We stayed in a Japanese room for 1 night in June 2015. The room is nice except the peeling paint near the windows and part of the baseboard shows signs of water leakage from the washroom. The tatami is very clean and the spacious bathroom with a huge bathtub for 2 and a shower area is a nice touch. The... More

Very nice spa area! Men and woman apart as it is usual in Taiwan. Not crowded, four different pools and a nice terrace where you can lay outside and watch the mountain and the river. Also two saunas, one normal one steam one. Rooms were nice. Japanese style very comfortable.

We had rather high expectations of this hotel since we paid higher than average rates and all the other reviews we read seemed great. Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to call for the reception as they are usually not at the desk. They have two buildings so only one of them is manned. Service was OK, nothing bad... More

The room is very big and the roof is really high ( i lived in the second floor ). the hot spring is big with both hot and cold side. the service is very nice and consideration. the environment is quiet, i cannot hear any noise outside though wood stairs are used.

We booked one of the hot spring rooms for a couple of hours. Nice enough place, seems like the lobby and some of the common areas have been renovated as they have a more modern feel. However, the furniture in the room looks old and chipped, the paint on the walls is tired. The Jacuzzi function didn't work, neither did... More

The hotel is very lovely. The interior is modern-styled and clean-look with traditional twist. The room is clean, new, and cozy. Tea, coffee, and water is provided for no charge. One of the most prominent feature is two gorgeous big rock tubs in every room next to wide window for great view. Guest can access public spa for free, unlimited... More
