Excellent short break. Peaceful location.Owner very friendly and helpful. Cottage was very clean. Strongly recommended for couple who need quite and fresh air.

We made a return visit to Yapham. Ownership changed in JUNE 2011 but it was hard to tell from the website until early Oct. The cottages are located in a beautiful, peaceful area with lovely walks and surroundings. Yapham is a perfect place for people trying to find some silence and rest. Nevertheless there is plenty to see and to do. If you are looking for a total get away from it all break then this is exactly what you will get, off the beaten track, beautifully presented accomodation, the owners have thought of everything. Good location for exploring North Devon and Cornwall.
