Forget the fact there are no showers this is a simple campground in an astounding location! Woke up every morning to the towering peaks and families of deer. Great ranger activities and easy access to the town of Springdale to keep you entertained at evening.

I camped out with friends during my visit to Zion National Park. Now during the day the weather can get warm. It's actually quite nice. But at night...OMG!!! I was there during April and I seriously thought I'd freeze to death. It was soooo cold that I woke up every single hour trying to keep my face, toes, ears and... More

Literally! It's right there! You can't beat the scenery at this campground - its located at the base of the Watchman in Zion Canyon. Overall its a great place to stay while exploring Zion. A few details below... Convenience We were in F loop, which is a walk-in site, but the parking lot isn't too far from the sites so... More

This was the most scenic campground we stayed in on our 2 week tour of the Grand Circle. We picked an RV site in B Loop. This is an excellent location as the Virgin River runs right along this loop. We were able to cool off in the river as it was very hot in Zion when we were there.... More

We camped in F Loop and that part of the campground has no trees, so it gets very hot very quickly. But so what? You are not camping to stay in your tent anyway - so much to see and view in Zion Park. The view is extraordinary. We noticed other nice parts of the camp ground but they were... More

The actual tent sites offer a large area for tent but the sites are packed together so you can hear every word your neighbors say. I will never stay here again. There are nice bathrooms, there is water, a pretty amphitheatre, but that is not enough to get me back there. People are loud in general, and they don't know... More

If you're camping in the F Loop, the biggest tip I can give you is to bring a large canopy for shade since there are no trees. Every campsite has its own picnic table and fire pit. Don't expect to park your car next to your tent because these are walk-to campsites but the parking lot is close to the... More

I'll preface this review by telling you that we are generally backcountry campers so this is our first car camping trip in decades. We stayed at one of the hike in sites and the view just couldn't be beat! I am so glad that we chose this site as there was a nice amount of space between us and our... More

We reserved our site B48 exactly 6 months before out stay. It was a huge site (we are tent campers) and right by the river! How peaceful to fall asleep to the sound of water!!!! The power outlet (meant for RV hookups) was convenient to charge phones and camera batteries! The bathrooms were clean and always stocked with TP and... More

We booked this campground just so we could do some canyoneering the next day. It was perfect for one night but looked super boring if you were going to stay for a while. That is just me but I like to be out there and not right next to so many people but for what we were doing it was... More
