Limited facilities so don't expect to take a shower (I guess who cares, you're camping!). I must admit we were " glamping" in our motor home and took our showers everyday, sorry that almost sounded like gloating. Great access to the shuttles and hiking trails, we did the Watchman Trail right out of the campground. Didn't need the tow car... More

There isn't a whole lot of vegetation to divide sites, but the park was working to grow some. Some deer wandered through the campground, which was neat, except parents were letting their kids chase the deer around so that they could pet them. A staff member came by, walking their dog, after awhile and told the kids not to get... More

This will be a loooong review so brace yourselves! ! From CO, we took i70W to 89 south which is what I highly recommend coming from the east. Distance is significantly shorter (by 27mi) while it only adds 30 min to your drive as opposed to taking 15 south. By going this way, you will experience a breathtaking view on... More

We arrived at night so did not experience how beautiful this was until the next morning. We stayed 3 nights and have a lovely time. We had a great spot near the river. You are surrounded by the fabulous rocks of Zion. It is a simple site so now showers, just loos. We were in a RV. We stayed in... More

We arrived late at night, our name was on the reservation board, site was easy to find - right next to the entrance to the small beach so we could hear the water running over the rocks throughout the night. We woke up to the sight of being surrounded by magnificent monoliths. The campsite is right by the entrance of... More

I must admit that I am predominantly a backcountry backpacker. I only had a limited amount of time and thought that I would stay at a Zion NP "front country" campsite. When your in the backcountry, you don't care about bathing because you can't. In the "front country", you are hiking and riding buses with people who are staying in... More

Clean restrooms, paved roads and super nice campgrounds. We stayed 2 nights and were super comfortable. I highly recommend. No showers or laundry but it is actually inside the park so you cannot be at a better location. The camp host does not sell firewood so bring your own! The gas stations in town sell firewood as well.

The sites area really well laid out. Most of the people around us were fairly quite but the sites are fairly close to each other. A little disappointed there was no showers in the park and had to pay $5 for on in the store just outside the gates to the park. Other then that it was a great campground... More

We arrived to Zion late afternoon with no reservations and were almost laughed at by people but our lady luck continued here and we snaffled a cancelled site. Compared to South campground this place feels like organised luxury. It feels like a landscape gardener has designed it. The RV's are separated from the tent sites (which are better) giving it... Its a reasonably good camp ground for camping inside zion national park. We camped at A14 site. I think it is an RV site but we just had two tents there and it is right besides the river. Only not so great thing was that across the river there were stores and hotels that are actually just outside the NP.... More
