Booked a trip for a campsite for 5 people, and when we arrived, we found that it wasn't a campsite. It was a recreation center. They were bulldozing and doing construction for an ATV race course. The campsite was next to a paintball field. My party and I left the spot, without getting a refund for 2 days. If you... More

We rented house 713 "Escape At Zion" for the 2015 Zion Trail Ragnar. It was a rainy one again this year but staying at the house made it an overall enjoyable experience again. It's great coming off a cold, wet, muddy 7.9 mile run to a warm shower and hot food. We brought even more kids this time and they... More

We stayed at the Zion Ponderosa and Ranch Resort for 6 nights in early April. We were a group of three late twenty-somethings. The ranch in general is very family friendly and had an anything goes mentality. Our stay was awesome - despite the unusually cold temperatures - it even snowed on us one night! Upon arrival there was a... More

The old adage that "The people alway make the trip memorable" couldn't be more true here. Honest old fashion hospitality. The cabins are rustic and the RV spot we had was a pull through and fully equipped. I was there for a large running event (Ragnar Zion) so the wifi sucked because there were about 4000 people trying to use... More

Our first day we drove about 5 or ten minutes to the trail head that lead to Observation point. It looked over Zion National Park. It was a beautiful 6 mile round trip hike. The gals at the resort told us about it. They were a ton of help. Very friendly and they wanted to make sure we had a... More

We ended up staying at the Ponderosa because the Zion campsites had filled. Having seen the Zion sites next to the main road, we're rather glad. The Ponderosa has a mix of cabins and different sized tent pitches. The site is quite active (Horses, etc) and was moderately busy all day, but due to the size of the site it... More

We stayed at Zion Ponderosa at the end of March in one of the Western Wagons. The Wagon was what we expected but the rest of the experience wasn't quite the same. The staff that we met, were the most part, friendly. There were some that weren't on the first day but others that we met at the store on... More

We rented the vacation home, Escape at Zion for 4 nights for 9 of my family members. When we arrived at the home I was a little disappointed to see it truly wasn't clean. On a quick glance we noticed all the switchplates were filthy (had dirt marks and smudges all over everyone!) and the beautiful windows and glass doors... More

Stayed with 4 others and decided to splurge on a larger vacation home for our stay -- La Mesa (#20), which far exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly nice and clean; it was the perfect place for our group to unwind after a long day of hiking. Fantastic views, lots of space and great amenities (including a wrap-around deck... More

We stayed at a cabin that has a bathroom and a fireplace. The cabin was nice, but it was not super clean and the carpet is really bad. It is some sort of thin carpet you might put in your garage. At dinner, we received a free artichoke dip. We ordered a buffalo burger, it was quite dry and not... More

Our pool and jacuzzi linings are being enhanced. We needed to wait for warmer weather for this to take place and it will all be completed in the next few weeks. We offer resort style services in a 4,000 acre ranch setting and do all we can to provide the best services possible. We have reviewed these concerns, and appreciate... More
