It was do awesome we came back a second time to camp. They were able to cook me gluten free breakfast (with GF toast) and dinner. The cook and servers understood cross-contamination! And the food was really good and not over priced. The camp sites were clean, not too close, by the fantastic bath&shower facility and had grills for charcoal/wood... More

I just spent a couple of days on a business retreat, and was so impressed that I wouldn't mind if they hosted all of our retreats! The setting was beautiful, the accomodations were clean and gorgeous, and the staff was unfailingly friendly, patient and helpful. The food was really great, too! In one day, I had the opportunity to do... More

Had a great time at the resort. Was there with a writing retreat group and we got top-notch service from start to finish. Particularly impressive because we were a large group. Michael and Francis were especially wonderful. The vacation home we stayed in was clean and luxurious. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We camped here in April and had the pick of the place. We were escorted back to the campers section- thank god! It was certainly tucked away. What a pretty location. Our site was fairly level, the water pressure was good and electric was stable. We didn't have much time to enjoy the facilities other than the showers and the... More

I was part of the Ragnar Trail run that took place in April. We camped on the grounds and had use of all the facilities. I could not have been more pleased! The employees were super friendly - the general manager was great! Everyone was very accommodating as Ragnar ook over! I am not a huge camper, so i loved... More

Went there for a vacation, needing the spa treatment. The info states the spa hours as 10am to 10pm. When I arrived at 5:30 Tuesday was told they were gone for the night and would not be coming in the next day. Stayed in one of the cabins which were dirty and full of big black ants, spiders and skittles.... More

Spent three days here in late April with hubs and two kids, ages 5 & 7. Property is close to Zion, but not close to the visitor centre or Springdale, where the decent restaurants are. Plan on a 25 minute drive to the Visitor Centre or Springdale from here. The road to Zion from here is pretty wild; twisty, close... More

This particular evening we had many guests with many celebrations and tables reserved for guests yet to come. We love, love, love our guests and most are happy to be in such an amazingly beautiful setting. Most see the effort we all extend to our guests and appreciate that a rustic setting is not the same as an urban setting...... More

Love this place! After getting married in Vegas, we escaped to Zion for the first few days of our honeymoon. The park itself is amazing, but that's beside the point. We got a Cabin Suite, which was great. Aside from the bed - which was a bit stiff and uncomfortable - the cabin was charming and accommodating. The fridge is... More

We got a 'good deal' on Living Social to stay at the Zion Ponderosa Ranch and Resort. The first red flag was that it took forever for anyone to actually answer the phone and take our reservation. The word resort tends to bring to mind images of a clean, well kept property with a variety of things to do and... More

We stayed in Zion Ponderosa for 5 nights in April 2013. While it wasn't bad our stay certainly didn't meet our expectations. On the positive side the cabin we stayed in was nice, clean and a decent size. Unfortunately the view from the cabin was of the site rather than the park and the cabins felt a little bit squeezed...
