My husband and I had a great weekend at the Lewis Mountain Cabins in Shenandoah National Park. We stayed in Cabin 4. It was a private room, sharing a wall with 1 other room, with a queen sized bed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodations. The linens and floors could have been a little cleaner, but it's supposed... More

We really enjoyed these prettily set cabins and the comfort of four walls, a bed, and a bathroom. I'm just not sure I would do it again, for the money. If I'm going to go get bitten up and rained on while I cook food and eat, I guess I'd rather pay less for a tent site.

Great cabins in the heart of the Shenandoah national park, booked a day before the July 4th weekend and was lucky to get the last available cabin. The host Randy is a very cool and awesome person who greeted us with a smile even at 11PM, we wanted to grill some food so he provided us all the stuff required... More

Shenandoah skyline drive is on of the greatest scenic routes that you can drive in USA. We simply enjoyed it and Lewis mountain cabins are well placed in almost middle of the route. Having seeing a bear with few minutes after entering to the park we were extremely happy this time. Eagle watch is a must (Stony man mountain or... More

Lewis Mountain cabins are well located in the park and are so convenient, having only a very short walk to the camp store for ice and wood and coffee. Staff are very friendly. The 3300 ft of elevation usually keeps it cool in the Summer. Love having the full bath and linen service of the cabin, yet still have the... More

Great family fun! This trip is for those who love the outdoors, hiking and ghost stories! The fire ring provided for each camp site or cabin make cooking a breeze. The is electric , public bathroom as well as a pay shower.

We stayed 2 nights in cabin 1-2 ... very cozy comfortable rooms and beds with bathroom. You do all your cooking outside ..there are outdoor patios behind or beside all cabins with fire pits and picnic tables. The weather was awesome..chilly at night and comfort during the day. We joined a small tour group in the evening at sunset that... More

The stay at Lewin Mountains cabin was very relaxing. Even with the services available you could completely immerse in mother nature. We went with a group of friends and even though cabins were close by it felt very private. The bedrooms had very nice interior and had a very cosy feeling. Definitely would like to go again.

Lewis mountain cabins were really clean. We had booked one cabin and stayed just for one night. We reached there at around 10 pm so it was already dark, but we could still do some grilling. We bought most of the stuff from Walmart on the way, but in case of emergency you can find some grilling stuff at the store.Randy... More

My boyfriend and I decided to stop at Lewis Mountain Cabins for one night en route to North Carolina. What a fantastic place!! Very simple cabins but with wonderful rustic charm!!! Back of the house has a fire pit for grilling with a picnic table. The main office has everything you need from fire wood to beer to snacks. Randy... More
