Rooms were adequate. The major issue has been reviewed before - and that is the bathroom/shower availability. There are limited facilities and limited hours for the showers and they are shared with campers. You might have to stand in line for a couple of hours. Paying $1 for 3 minutes was not an issue. Excellent location for Sequoia and King's... More

We really enjoy coming to Grants Grove Cabins. My family always stays in the Bath Cabins because we have 2 small kids that always seem to be dirty. Plus, it's easy to just kick back and relax so close to all the great attractions in the park. We come every year to this place, it's become a family ritual.

This is a great place to stay. The place is safe, comfortable, and has a a great staff. Of course, there plenty of hiking trails to explore, including some challenging ones. I wish I would have booked for more nights.

We stayed at grant grove village tent cabin. The cabin has no electricity. We book 5 cabin. When check in.. They did not give us a lantern for it. So don't expect it. The cabin was ok. It has share shower with hot water. Which is cool. Cause at night it gets really cold and is not coin operated so... More

Basic cabins are perfect for camping without the hassle of tent set-up without the discomfort of a hard ground. Central to awesome hiking and tree views. Showers and bathrooms were located in a separate building and could be a problem to walk to. We stayed in cabins #12 and #13 and the bathroom/shower building was right behind us.

Had a wonderful time here. Kids could safely play around property. Visitor center and on-site restaurant a plus. I would recommend getting a cabin with its own restroom--deluxe cabin. Our stay was great and the property is very close to many hiking opportunities.

I don't really get what the raving reviews here are all about. I stayed in a small cabin with electricity without a bathroom. It was ok but a bit dirty. The bathrooms were decently maintained but the showers were a bit scary (a bit too many cockroaches hang out there). The staff is nice and I had no complaints about... More

Some improvements are required in their property but it is still a good place to stay. Safe property. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. There is a visitor center. Public shower requires quarters. Carry some with you.

These rustic cabins are a good price for the experience of a lifetime...being close to the redwoods, other pines and of course sequoias. If staying in the non-electric cabins, bring a lantern and flashlights. Even during hot summer months, our cabin was fairly cool without AC. Nights are always a bit chilly.

Was delighted to receive cabin with updated traditional" woody cabin" type decor. When I saw pictures on this site before going, I thought this decor was in the more expensive cabins. We were close to restrooms as requested and they were clean and not crowded. We enjoyed a covered patio with old style wood fireplace. Saw a deer right in... More
