We enjoyed our stay at the cabins and were really glad we didn't pay the extra price to stay in the "hotel" there. The setting in the trees was great. We had a little visitor under the cabin (squirrel) and a deer was close by in the evening. The cabins were clean and quiet. ($92 for the night - 3... More

Loved the tent cabins and was a lot quieter than the hustle and bustle of Yosemite. We loved this about Grant Grove. Food at their restaurants were excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Pack warmly, even in summer...it gets cold at night here.

We stayed there for 2 nights; a family of 4, 2 kids in the double bed with Bath cabins. We stayed there the week before Christmas. The interior was clean, hot water always available, very close to the visitor information yet seemed to far removed from the crowd. The property manager was very accommodating and used everything in his power... More

We've stayed in other cabins in national parks - Roosevelt roughrider cabins in yellowstone -and absolutely loved them, but our experience at Grant Grove was disappointing. We stayed in one of the camp cabins (no bathroom) with two double beds. The cabin itself was nice enough and fairly spacious, yet keep in mind they are very old. Our main problem... More

We stayed in one of the Bath Cabins (No. 3). The cabin had 2 x queen beds, lots of windows so it was quite bright inside, a thermostat controlled heater and an ensuite bathroom with an electric radiator. The room was cosy, the decor wasn't to my taste, but it was clean and neat. The bath cabins do not have... More

2 kids and 2 adults had a perfect stay in the cabins at Grant Grove. Toilets and cabins very clean and comfy and the local restaurant and shop is excellent. Dad cooked hot dogs on the provided outdoor wood stove. Good value at $87 a night.

We stayed here for one night. The cabins are in the national park and they are more than 80 years old. If you are looking for fancy these are not for you. We got cabin facing the forest. the location is great, right in the middle of the two parks and the price is less compare to all other motels.... More

We stayed here for three nights. The cabins are in the national park and are from the twenties and thirties so if you want fancy these are not for you. The location is great, right in the middle between the two parks and the cheapest place to stay other than camping. The bath house and showers were clean. Each cabin has... More

The rustic cabins at Grant's Grove are located in a great location for visinting both Sequoia and Kings Canyon. They are furnished with slightly lumpy beds, a heating unit that we did not have to use, clean sheets and blankets that kept us warm, a small table and night stand, an outside table and picnic area, and nothing more. The... More

The cabins in Grant Grove are very, very basic and vaguely depressing because they are so dark. And oddly without any rustic charm. The concrete slab patio isn't much better with it's rusty wood stove. This basically camping with bare planks making up the walls instead of canvas. If you want to cook you need to bring everything. That said... More
