Ignore the bad reviews. This place is exactly what our family was looking for. We spent 2 nights here and loved the time relaxing on the lake. It's very basic, but the staff was very friendly and happily assisted us when needed. Spruce Railroad Trail is just a 5 minute drive away and was a beautiful trail and really good... More

This is not a 5 star resort. the location is perfect, its on the north side of yhe lake, so it gets all the sun, and great views across the lake to the mountains. The cabins are basic, rustic and decrepid, but servicable. This is not a four seasons by any means. if it wasn't on the lake, and in... More

We are enjoying the beautiful views of the lake. Beware if you are staying in the camper cabins, there are no towels and you pay for a shower. Of course, they will sell you a towel for $10. It seems like this would be good to point out ahead of time. The cabin was clean.

We stayed in a cabin on a beautiful location. In the cabin there is is a note attached to the refrigerator with adhesive tape but under the tape there was mold. The cabin is poorly cleaned with a vacuumcleaner. There was no hot water for 2 out of 3 days we were there. Still trying to get someone to correct... More

We booked a site for our A-liner camper. I can not rate the cabins, chalet or rooms. We were thrilled to be right on the lake with a large grassy space next to us. We were able to launch our kayaks from our site. The public restrooms and shower were adequate. I was not aware that it was a pay... More

This is a rustic cabin located inside the park at the beautiful Lake Crescent. We picked this place since it is cheaper than the Lake Crescent lodge. Our expectation of the cabin is basic. However this one is disappointing as it is not clean. The sink got scum that should come off with a scrub. There is rust along the... More

We arrived late at night and had a beautiful drive to the camp with the moon reflecting off the lake. It was such a gorgeous July night, that we would not be disappointed by the rustic cabins. We knew what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was helpful and left a map and key for us in... More

Our recent stay in the Rustic Log Cabins was not up to standards. We enjoy “rustic” but this place was DIRTY – the shower and kitchen sink were encrusted with grunge – see attached photos; and the entire cabin is tilted – the floor at the back of the cabin is at least 1-2 inches lower than the front of... It's takes an awfully lot to make us write a review like this. While touring around the park we stayed at other facilities, one even managed by the same company (Aramark) and managed very well. We were very disappointed in our final stay at The Log Cabin Resort. We knew this place is older, we didn't care about that. We... More

Log Cabin Resort is another classic case of a resort with a fabulous location, in this case right on the shoreline of Lake Crescent inside the Olympic National Park, and with a great view of the lake and Storm King Mountain across the way. BUT: The problem with a lot of National Park owned lodging is that there is never... More
