This property has so much potential-------such a shame management can't do a better job with the maintenance of the units. With just a little TLC the cottages could be charming. Housekeeping was a nightmare. The bathroom floor was FILTHY when we checked in. We stayed 4 nights and never had our room made up before 4:00 PM. A couple of... more

Flew into Jackson airport on Frontier (99 each way from Denver) for a wedding, rented a car from Hertz (good all around), drove to Jackson for lunch and then went to check in. The place was super cool, not sure if 200 a night is appropriate but when there's nothing else around you can get away with it! The lounge/... more

Everything said in other reviews about the amazing view of the Tetons from the balcony of the Jackson Lake Lodge cannot compare to the real thing. Its Incredible! The best time is evening, just before dusk. A herd of elk wandered from one side of the lowland (in front) to the other, and then back again 45 minutes later. We... more

This hotel came highly recommended to us for its stunning views of the Tetons. We paid the big bucks and got a cottage room with a view. It is true. The views from this area are magnificent. The accommodations are not as spectacular. While I am told they have remodeled the cottages with a view, they are still very spartan.... more

Let's start with the good... BEAUTIFUL lodge and what a view of the Tetons! We saw many wild animals in the valley while eating a burger from the cafe in the lodge. Very nice staff. The "rooms" are cabins that are separate from the main lodge. No problem, very clean with running water and heating/cooling. We had a burger for... more

Fantastic location. One of the most beaufully located places to stay in the whole world. They accept dogs. Lots of places to walk. The rooms are generally ok..mine had poop stains on the walls of the bathroom : ( and the curtain in the main room was torn...But other than that ok. I did leave the information when I left... more

After 4 days in Yellowstone NP, we headed down to the Grand Tetons NP to the wonderful Jackson Lake Lodge.!! I had requested an end unit of the cabins offered.. which are grouped in fours, and we were in a beautiful, recently renovated first row, closest to the lodge, cabin. Beds were very nice, with down comf/pillows, quiet and cozy.... more

We had two rooms with views. The view is awesome. Our room windows are truely picture windows. It was surreal to see the morning sun light shining on top of the white peaks, when you are still on bed. One night we were also waked up by howling wolfs, probably just a few feet away from the room. But mosquitos... more

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are basic but truly lovely and fit the bill perfectly for a stay in the middle of a gorgeous national park. We wish we'd stayed longer here and less in Jackson and Yellowstone. You could easily stay here the night after you tour the lower half of Yellowstone. But, of course, Grand... more

Room was filthy, towels were stained, the pool was closed for repairs and the prices were very expensive. While the view was lovely, the service was dispicable. Every person we asked for information, gave us different answers, causing us to miss out on activities we wanted to purchase for our children. The employees were very friendly, just not very knowledgable.... more
