We stayed here one night in our RV after a day at the Grand Canyon. The campground is conveniently located near the national park and is easy to find and to access. There are no amenities, but my cell phone still had 3G service. We had reserved our site online a few months in advance and arrived to find that... More

Ten-X Campground is only $10/night and just 5 minutes south of Tusayan town, and 10-15 minutes south of the Grand Canyon entrance. This campground is self-pay; there is no manned booth...honor system... however, there are hosts on site that do patrol and monitor the property. About 25% of the sites can be reserved; the rest are first-come, first-served. Everyone wants... More

This place is very nice to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon. I do wish they had full hookups but we were only there for two days and were only there to really see the canyon. The people who oversee the campground are familiar with everything around and very nice people. It is hidden and quiet but what are vacation... More

We had an awesome hostess who helped us alot'. The grounds were very clean! Great location in close proximity to the park! I was very impressed with how clean the bathrooms were. This was a great place to come to after our Grand Canyon adventures

We had a beautiful time camping and visiting the Grand Canyon for four days in early June. The campground is only a 15 minute drive to the main entrance. It has the very basics, campsite with fire pit, table, and clean bathrooms dispersed through the campgrounds. The sites were big enough to set up two large tents (4 kids, 2... More

The hostess was super sweet, and gave us a spot that was available. She advised us a great deal for getting there by dusk and was super helpful. She also suggested us places nearby for alternatives to vegetarian food and the best way to go about GC. This place a hidden gem and a true Grand Canyon experience to camp

This campgroung is not well known as the other in Grand Canyon South Rim area - thanks god. Even if campgrounds inside Grand Canyon NP were fully occupied it was easy to find place for our RV and overnight in quiet and clean place. And for less money !

The live in host met us on his golf cart as we drove in after dark. He drove us to our site and made sure everything was OK. It's in a great location and is very quiet. It IS no frills - (toilets for example) - but the prices reflect that at yunder $20. Very please and would go back... More

This campground is less than 10 minutes to the park, and 5 minutes to Tusayan and is an excellent alternative to camping in national park, for much less money. I was on a 5-week road trip and camped on and off at many national parks and this is by far the cleanest and best camping. It is definitely no frills... More

This is a smaller campground. It is operated by the forestry service, not the national park service. While all the NPS campgrounds and hotels were full, this campground had several openings. I think that people visiting the canyon often have no idea it is there. It is a nice campground with basic amenities. There is water and restrooms. The restrooms... More
