We love camping at NPS sites. The Ten-X site did not disappoint. It was clean and well cared for by the host. We stayed two nights in August - no issue finding a spot given the time of year and the first-come first-serve process. As others have stated, find a spot away from the entrance to minimize the highway traffic... More

We took our pop up tent trailer and had a blast. We saw so many Elk that are not even scared of humans. There are several clean restrooms and each site has a picnic table, fire pit and bbq grill. There is even water wells avail to fill up our 6 gal jugs. Beautiful pines trees. We will definetly be... More

We got a site on a second try, it's the system first come- first served. It was very nice and quiet place, trees everywhere, enough space for each site, a bench and a grill too. The toilets are chemical, there are some pipes with water, but no place to wash dishes or showers. If you don't mind, t's an excellent... More

What a great campground. It was $10 to pitch a tent in a private, spacious, mostly flat spot with a sturdy picnic table and fire pit. Recommend spot 6; it is one of the "first come, first serve" spaces and it was next to a water spigot and the pit toilets (which do not have electricity - bring your flashlight).... More

Evening were clean. No garbage. The toilets are clean. If you need to take a shower you must to go to the mothercampgraund. It's $2 per 8 minutes. Also, the price is $10 per night. It's nothing! Moreover, there are a lot of animals! they are friendly!

This campground is a little south of Grand Canyon NP, but not far. I didn't have a reservation (even on the backend of the July 4th holiday weekend), and was able to find a really wonderful spot. Plenty of trees, loads of space between sites and bathrooms make this a great place to stay. It was very quiet in the... More

We stayed here without reserving in advance. We'd hoped to stay at Desert Rim but it was already full, but there were quite a few sites available here when we turned up. It is basic, with no sinks or showers and only vault toilets. But it was clean, water was accessible from a tap, each site was spacious, and it... More

This campsite is as the reviews have said. It is quiet and spacious. The tall trees are relaxing for me personally. The fire pit had a grate which was strong and easily held our cast iron skillet. There was a separate grill. Not all the picnic tables are the same. I saw one wood one, that had a chunk missing,... More

We stayed here one night in our RV after a day at the Grand Canyon. The campground is conveniently located near the national park and is easy to find and to access. There are no amenities, but my cell phone still had 3G service. We had reserved our site online a few months in advance and arrived to find that... More

Ten-X Campground is only $10/night and just 5 minutes south of Tusayan town, and 10-15 minutes south of the Grand Canyon entrance. This campground is self-pay; there is no manned booth...honor system... however, there are hosts on site that do patrol and monitor the property. About 25% of the sites can be reserved; the rest are first-come, first-served. Everyone wants... More
