If you're in a RV with no other transportation, there is a bus that runs every 15 mins during peak hours to take you all over the canyon and village areas. Park is very clean with nice facilities. I recommend it highly.

This was our 1st time in an RV and Trailer Village was our 1st stop on our Grand Circle Tour. The location is perfect. The setting is nice. We saw Elk walking in the RV park. The shuttle station is located right in the RV park. You can walk to a restaurant and the General Store for supplies. We would... More

We stayed her in June 2014. Park is nicely shaded, lots are large, well maintained. A bit of a drive to showers but very nice facilities. Elk roaming in park which my kids enjoyed!! Shuttle stop right in park that goes anywhere in Grand Canyon you would like to go. One downfall is you have to pay to enter the... More

Basic but perfectly adequate rv park. Very easy to get in and out off which was great as was our first night ever with an rv!! Free buses run all the time to the south rim (only a few minutes away). Shops with everything you need a few minutes walk (or one bus stop). No laundry or showers but learnt... More

We spent three nights in Trailer Village in late June 2014. It is a terrific RV Park. The lots are spacious. We had a lot on the end of a block, so ours was particularly roomy. You can't ask for a better location. There is a Trailer Village stop on the Blue Line. You're within easy walking distance of both... More

Our family of 6 and 30' RV stayed 2 nights and 3 days at the park. The location is great, very close to the rim and not far from the vistor center and market place. It's got a stop for the shuttle too. Our family rented bikes and I'm glad we did because the shuttles are full and take a... More

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of our round-the-United States RV trip this summer. The park is very well-maintained, very clean and everyone was quite friendly. The sites are a bit close together, but trees have been strategically placed to block sun and neighbors. Elk wander through the campground and our kids loved it. Convenient to walk or... More

Sure you can find facilities with swimming pools and playgrounds, but to be this close to the south rim, full easy hook ups, shade, and THE BEST staff of any organization I've ever dealt with. They were booked up, and I didn't make my reservation online correctly. They still found a great spot for my family. My scooter-Dad had awesome... More

Spent 2 days in Trailer Village with another couple. We had 2 sites side by side for our 25' RV's. This was probably the nicest of the RV parks we visited. All sites are pull through with full hookups, BBQ, picnic table, shade and more space than other parks. They have toilets but no showers nearby unless you go to... More

Considering the cost .. $35 per night .. this is a good location while visiting Grand Canyon South. Full hookups .. cable and a pull through site. Campground was very crowded the 3 days we visited in mid May .. even though we stayed Mon-Wed .. place is jammed. You have to make advanced reservations to get a site. If... More
