This is a really good jumping-off point to explore. The price ($32) I think is reasonable, they have cable hookups as well as electricity, water & sewer. Xanterra Trailer Village is the only RV park within the park that can accomodate larger RVs with full hook ups including cable. trailer village - ok for what it is. everything in previous reports i agree with. overgrown and unkept, crowded. full hookups though and ideally located for the grand canyon. all are pull through sites so thats a bonus. deer do wander about. not pretty or beautiful just functional. probably wouldn't return though. more

not a great deal to say, the site is cheap- even counting the park entrance fee and once you have paid it, everything else is free - free spectacular views - free tours - free shuttles - free maps. no showers or restrooms -- you have to use the one in your rv - it is after all an rv... more
