Like my title says, the location makes this a four star park. The rv park is pretty basic. Relatively flat spots, 50/30 amp service with dumps at each spot. There is not much else at the rv park itself. They advertise cable tv but when I asked about it, I was told the tv was in analog over the cable... More

We had never gone on an RV trip before so everything was new to us. The reviews on TripAdvisor helped a lot in choosing where to stay - knowing we weren't towing a car we decided in Trailer Village so we could easily hop on the shuttle to visit other areas of the South Rim. The market is walking distance... More

Location, location, location. This is what pushes my review to 4 stars. It is located right inside the walk within walking distance to the Rim Trail as well as to the general store. The shuttle bus stops here for easy access to the entire park. Wildlife is abundant which is nice to see as well. It is a basic campground.... More

So peaceful at night. No lights just stars and quiet. Lots of wildlife to see and great hiking down into the canyon. Sunsets, sun and cool nights. Great price and free public buses to get around the South Rim. Walk to everything too. My favorite RV park that I visited. Everyone should visit the Grand Canyon at least once in... More

Great location but the sites are not big rig friendly. They are maybe 40-48 feet and no where near level. Reservations are required as the park is full most of time. Reservations are handled by someone no where near the park and they really can't answer your questions correctly.

Thank you for your comments on our Trailer Village at Grand Canyon. I am sorry to read that you did not find the site to be level. We just resurfaced all the sites and roads, so I am surprised that the site was not level. I am sending your comments to our Rooms Director, and to our Central Reservations Director... More

Well maintained campground, walking distance to Mather Point and well stocked grocery store. Elks and deer wander around the grounds. Our full hookup, paved site was fairly level, with picnic table and pedestal open grill. We stayed 10 days in a 23' TT and have no complaints.

We enjoyed stopping at this site as it is well-maintained and clean. The spots are large with ample space between each and are shaded by trees. There are no showers directly on site but a 10 minute walk away there is a camper services centre with showers. Elk and deer roam through the RV sites which is another great experience.... More

This National Park campground has full hookup sites which meant we could stay right in the Park. The shuttle service is great - we didn't move our vehicle for 2 days. There are no showers which is an inconvenience. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the camper services center. Elk and deer roam through the RV sites freely.... More

Sites have a respectable distance between each other. Our site (E-22) was level with ample shade. Elk roam the park. An Air Conditioned Bus that runs every ten or fifteen minutes will take you anywhere inside the Park free of charge. Rest rooms clean and park is very clean.

We stayed two nights at the park in August. The park is well-maintained and clean. The spots are large but quite close together. They are shaded with trees. It was cool in the evening when we were there so the shade was not an issue. There is full hook-up but no internet. The nearest internet connection is at the Market... More
