We stayed here one night, small little cabins with a bed and bunker/couch style bed. They had nice really thick towels in the bathroom. Everything was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. The food wasnt anyhing super and the options are limited to a choice between 2 for supper @ $25/person. Breakfast was included in the room price and... More

Recently I visited the Grand Canyon (West Rim) and spent a night at the Hualapai Ranch. Trapping the astonishing Grand Canyon in words is indeed a challenge and that's why I decided to write about this exciting trip of mine in parts. I will start with the tale of a romantic starry night amidst the vast barren landscape of Hualapai... More

This is the cabins on the Ranch at Grand Canyon West! This was an awesome experience! Campfire on the grand canyon with s'mores for the kids! You can see every star in the sky from your front porch of your cabin! Wagon rides and old west activities. The sunrise and sunset from here is gorgeous! The food could have been... More

If you want 4-5 star accommodation... This is not the place for you. We arrived at the west rim and went to the skywalk first, then headed to the logde. Small rooms with basics, but if you want cable... Again you will be disappointed. No TV. Also, pack an overnight bag as the cabins are far from the carps fk... More

We chose to experience the West rim because of time contraints in Vegas. With that being said, we love to travel off the beaten path. This doesn't quite fit tha bill but it is much less touristy than the national park and very rustic and more natural. We also wanted to stay on a reservation. We knew to expect some... More

No campfire, no s'mores. Below average food, poor service, incomplete fake western style town. The little activities the next day were fun for a short while. The views from the canyon were EPIC. The skywalk looked like a rip-off when you consider you cannot even take your own pictures.

Upon check-in to our cabin, there were so many flies inside, that they were landing on us! The cabin was not very clean. The floors and walls were dirty. The shower wasn't good at all, it sprayed everywhere and it wasn't clean. The fan and light in the cabin was hitting something, consequently we couldn't use it and it was... More

This is the lodging interior to Grand Canyon West. Breakfast and dinner included since there are no other restaurants inside Grand Canyon West. The design is like a one-street old west town. Rooms I stayed faced east to the canyon offering wonderful view of the sunrise. Rooms are basic but adequate like a typical national park lodge room. Meals were... More

We stayed here for two nights while visiting the West rim of the Grand Canyon. It is on the Hualapai Indian Reservation and is remote. But, if you plan to visit the west rim, you have to traverse the unpaved roads and pass by the ranch on your way to the west rim. We were 8 people, my husband and... More

My 3 daughters (ages 12,16,18) and I visited the Grand Canyon over Spring Break . We hiked the South Rim and stayed at scenic Phantom Ranch, which was clean, nice cabins, good food, and welcoming hospitality. Then we drove to the West Rim and stayed at the Ranch. When we arrived, a gentleman showed us where our cabins were, then... More
