We really liked this location right in Many Glacier. The room was quietly nestled in amongst trees and very private. Only thing was that it is badly in need of updating and not a room you would want to relax in. But since we were there for the outdoors we put up with it! The bathroom was small with a... More

We have visited Glacier National Park four times, and stayed at Swiftcurrent each time. We are always gone before sunrise and get back after dark. This is not luxury. It is basic but all that we need. The location is great. It is a short 0.7 mile walk to Fishercap Lake, a good place to see moose. In addition to... More

We stayed in a new cabin, built in July, 2014. The cabin wasn't large, but it used the space extremely well. We had a large table with room to spread out. There was a large sink in the bedroom area, then a smaller bathroom with great shower pressure. The bed was comfortable and coffee and tea were provided, The shampoo... More

We were pleasantly surprised by the "motor inn". First, the price was very reasonable (less than 150/night), which is surprising given the demand and limited housing options in Glacier. The motel room was small, but despite the thin walls, it was very quiet. If quiet is important to you, the motel room may be a better option than Many Glacier... More

Have not been disappointed by a Xanterra-run property yet- the rooms were as advertised but were quiet, slept well and had nice renovated bathrooms in our motor lodge. Very convenient to the trailheads. I will definitely stay there again!

We booked the Swiftcurrent Motel because we could not get a room at the Many Glaciers Lodge and we did this 6 months in advance. The motel appeared to be a converted old backwoods dorm with an indoor entrance. The room was basic and very small, equipped with 2 double beds which were comfortable. It did have a private bath... This is an odd review as we haven't stayed here yet but want to. We were staying at nearby Many Glacier Lodge and walked over here to start a hike. The front desk guy was great and we chatted for a long time about the park, the motor inn, the cabins, etc. The Italian restaurant (yep) was good if no... More

Our room was very comfortable and super clean! I was worried when we made reservations that our room had 2 twins instead of 1 double or queen for my husband and I, but we managed and I kind of liked having my own bed! It's a great place to stay if you are a hiker- there are 3 trailheads (maybe... More

Stayed for two nights in the Motor Inn during a 4 nights stay in the park. We were really pleased with the accommodation, the rooms were super clean, two double beds with lovely feather pillows, nice shower that was hot and powerful. A short walk to the main lodge area where they had a good restaurant, shop, reception area with... More

I was really looking forward to my stay here and the cabins seemed ideal. I was in cabin I-4. On the first night I spotted a mouse in the cabin. Maintenance was called but nothing could be found. Later that night the mice returned and this time were in my bed!!! I had a sleepless night and because everything was... More
