My husband and I stayed in room 47 in the Swift Current and it was all we needed. Two queen beds and a shower. Small room, but perfect location. The noise in the building was more than we are used to and could hear the man snoring next door. Despite the noise, we would go back again. The staff was... More

The main reasons that we opted to do a budget splurge on this establishment included: it had the most "amazing location" that was proximate to several trails/wildlife-experiences ... and it was the only thing available in prime season given our last minute decision to travel to GNP in the middle of August!! We stayed in a Motor Inn Room for... More

My little two roomed cabin in the D circle was charming - freshly painted, high ceilings, with a lovely big sink in the living room (cold water tap only). There were plenty of lights, plugs and hangers. There was even an iron and an ironing board!! I was pleased that there was free coffee in the cabin and that I... More

Staid in motel room, not separate cabin. We were out on trails all day for 3 days, so we used it as a bed, clean shower, and that's about it. Room had a fan to help us sleep at night, and was close to the general store. We ate at Many glacier every night as the views were great off... More

This was our first time staying in a National Park. This is an okay place, but difficult to find in the dark. The beds were comfortable and the shower hot, so that was good. It was clean. There was on average on site restaurant.

The locations is absolutely fabulous but do not, under any circumstances, book a Pinetop Motel Room at Swiftcurrent if you have more than two people. We are a family of four, and it was tight to the point of being ridiculous. I tried every single day during our stay to move to a different room type at Swiftcurrent or to... More

Best location in park for hiking. Lots of beautiful trails of various dificulties located right off the parking lot. It was ideal for early morning walks to see moose and deer in and round the lakes along the trails. Only other accommodation in the park near trails is Many Glacier Hotel which is only a mile down the road. We... More

As others have stated, the location definitely helps to make up for the dated/minimalistic nature of this type of park lodging. However, we were lucky enough secure a night in one of the new cabins that featured bedding for four (a full bed and a full pull out sofa) and a 3/4 bathroom (toilet and shower). This new cabin located... More

What can I say. I stayed in several places during my trip. Many places more fancy and expensive. The best sleep I got was in my little swift current cabin. No shower, no toilet.....no problem. The cabins were clean, housekeeping was helpful and the store has everything you could possibly want. When I go back in 2 years this is... More

Prime location for Many Glacier (which I think is the most beautiful part of the park for lodging). This is a basic, 1960s style motel. Room is small, down-the-hall with two double beds. Comfortable mattresses, sheets, lots of pillows. 4 sets of towels. Shower has plenty of hot water--wonderful after a day of hiking! Window of Room 39 overlooking trees,... More
