I came in for a meal and left with an amazing authentic Alaskan experience. Ask for Ashley, her service was on point even though I kept on doing that annoying thing where I would ask for something every time she came to the table. She was super sweet and also knew the menu quite well. I ordered the crabby cheese... More

We arrived by train and chose these cabins because they offered a shuttle to and from and the others did not. However, this was not the experience we wanted. Upon arrival, we were picked up in an extremely dirty van with torn seats. Once checked in, the cabins were not as imagined. They are all very close to each other... More

We stayed in a cabin that had a bathroom inside. The cabin was cozy and had a cute porch. The Wifi worked well; couldn't get the TV to work. The only problem was the bathroom had not been cleaned in some time; we didn't notice until we came in late but it was really disgusting. Which then made me wonder... More

The website explained this was a cabin and you should not expect anything fancy. They were correct. Not a high quality cabin but good enough. The beds were comfortable. This is not an out in the woods experience. You are up the hill from the restaurant. Just a couple parking places so you might have to park by the restaurant... More

We had cabin 4 for two nights. The view was very nice!! When we first walked in it was mighty cold but we turned the thermostat up to high and went out for dinner and drinks. Came back and the room was a bit warmer but still chilly (it was in the 40s at night when we were in the... More

Pros: 1) close to everything in town 2) bed was very comfortable with a pillow top added to the mattress 3) internet worked fine 4) allowed us a late checkout so we could do an ATV tour Cons: 1) STEEP HILL that must be climbed in order to access. If you are not in really good shape, don't stay here.... More

We rented one of the economy cabins (#8, about $70/night). The cabin itself was about what we expected. Two double beds, both comfortable, and the cabin was fairly clean. Communal bathrooms were not spotless, but if you're comparing these cabins to state/national parks they're probably above average. My only complaints here really come from the maintenance/management issues we ran into.... More

I didn't think it was as bad as some of the other reviews suggested. But I guess it's depending on your perspective, expectations, and what you need. For $67/night during peak summer season and for 5min drive from entrance of Denali, I thought it was actually great. I had a car, so I didn't need the shuttle service, so can't... More

We were disappointed in the 'family luxury' suite. When we first arrived, the whole place looked a little strange, hanging off the hill the way it was. The restaurant was on a slope, and I could see how difficult it would be for my mother to get around. We rented the 'family' suite and it was pretty nice at first.... More

We stayed 3 nights in those cabins and were very disappointed when we reached the place. First of all you have to know that access is not easy especially for people who have problems to walk as you have to climb a hilly road to get there. I found a spider in my bed and a big aunt on the... More
