We stayed here the night before we headed into Denali Backcountry Lodge. It is about 10 miles south of the entrance to Denali National Park. Frequent shuttles to the park. Good breakfast in a huge dining room. Nice separate lounge with maps, pictures, paw prints/nature information. We were initially assigned to a family cabin at the very back of the... more

We had a blast!!!! Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. Took my family up for white water rafting trip. Even though we had a car we utilized the shuttle to dinner. After a physical rafting trip, the soak in the hot tub was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. more

The cabin was OK warm and dry hard to get your stuff to the cabin via gravel path's. Transportation was great Denali bus came right to the cabins. Also took you to resturants. Breakfast in the moring was good. So you make the best of it! more

This property is 10 miles down the road from the entrance to Denali National Park along Parks Highway. There's really nothing here except this motel. Our room was a "family cabin" with a living room, bedroom, and the tiniest toilet/shower room imaginable (phone booth size, according to my husband). This cabin was at the back of the hotel property, beyond... more

My wife and I stayed at Denali Cabins for four days. We have traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of places in different countries. Our experience was not the best. The cabin we stayed in was small and attached to another cabin. The wall was thin and we could hear every word said by our neighbors. We couldn't... more

Booked 4 nights, tried to get out before the first night. Overall very dirty, poorly maintained. Very very expensive, so many other places to stay. Fortunately for the wonderful park the only time we were at the cabins was to sleep (10pm-7am) eyes closed! Stay away, it's relies on the cruise ship or bus trade!! more

Denali cabins is a perfectly fine place to stay a night. Think of it as a place to spend the night. In any case, your day will be spent probably in Denali and your time in the cabins will be limited. The river / creek in the pictures may be dry later in the summer, but was a welcome view... more

We stayed in Denali Cabins for one night prior to our trip to Kantishna inside of Denali National Park. Denali Cabins are cute little individual cabins in a beautiful setting. I particularly loved the hanging baskets of blooming flowers everywhere. The cabin had comfortable double beds, clean and neat furnishings, and an amply sized bathroom with more than adequate hot... more

I think a lot of people are confused when writing/reading these reviews because a lot of the hotel/cabins names are similar. This property is DENALI CABINS, NOT Denali RIVER cabins. This property is about 8 miles from the Park Entrance, not seven. There is NO river here!! With that said, we found DENALI CABINS to be a very nice place... more

I stayed here with three friends back in June and I loved the place. The cabins were very nice, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast, although continental, was surprisingly awesome, with make your own waffles, really good oatmeal, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, bagels, and muffins. And the wait staff did a great job maintaining and replenishing so there was always... more
