We stayed 2 nights at Denali cabins in early September. We arrived and were greeted by a young man at the desk who was both friendly and informative. We stayed in what they call the family cabin just behind the office. This cabin must be the "oldest in the fleet" It is quite run down. The floor in un-level and... More

casual cabins, hot tub, on-site restaurant/bar One negative issue - we prepaid for breakfast when making reservations - $16 per person per day. When we got there, we found that those paying at the restaurant paid only $14. I asked at the main desk why we paid more and was told it was because we went through Booking.com for our... More

This was a fantastic vacation. We did a 7 day cruise and than 4 day tour. We got off the ship in Whitiker Alaska, and boarded the princess train. We arrived in Denali national park and it was awesome. What a lovely area and hotel. We had dinner at the lodge and it was utstanding best Salmon I have ever... More

Rustic, ideally situated minutes from the park entrance, and hands-down the best deal in the vicinity if you are comfortable in primitive quarters -- there are ample, more expensive choices nearby if you require more pampering. These are small wooden seasonal cabins with minimal amenities, reasonably well-spaced although some duplex cabins have adjoining units, moderately well maintained and perfectly adequate... More

Needed to be close to Natl. Park, as we had a 6:45 am ride on the bus through the park, & needed to get to Wilderness Access Center beforehand. Cabin 43 was clean, bedding comfortable and attractively adorned, but the shower was substandard. Water pressure was minimal, making washing longer hair difficult. Picking up anything inside the shower was SO... More

Small room but more than adequate for meeting needs. Clean and warm and has wifi! A 10 minute ride from park. Shuttle service to Denali park is very efficient. I recommend the cabins! Good value for places to stay in the park.

The cabins are fine for the price and the hot tub is nice on a cold night. What makes me give this only 3 stars is that it is 9 miles from the park and the Denali Cabin shuttle doesn't start until 9am. If you are an early riser you are stuck at the cabins until then. The surrounding land... More

Stayed here as part of the Alaskan Railroad tour package. The staff meets you at the train station - Mel in this case, who becomes an integral part of your getting around, was super cool, and she thoroughly enjoys her job. The cabins are just that- cabins- but not much unlike a 2-star hotel. The room had 2 beds, adequate... More

Great place to stay while visiting Denali. Quaint and small but big enough for a couple. Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Transporting your luggage from your car is done with the help of the shuttle drivers. It's a little inconvenient but the cabin stay was worth it. Comfortable beds. Clean. I'd definitely stay there again on my next visit... More

We stayed here for two nights while in Alaska. The four of us were very comfortable in a small cabin. My kids enjoyed the hot tub just outside our cabin. It was very quiet. The desk staff were super friendly and helpful (when our pre-arranged rafting trip was cancelled without notifying us, the front desk person got us on another... More
