We were 6 female hikers and stayed in the loft - perfect for us - 6 bunks and privacy. Very well run hostel, clean, friendly and accommodating staff. We totally enjoyed our days there -- very close to Denali; were able to cook dinners in the shared kitchen plus there are a few restaurants just across the road. Highly recommend... More

My husband and I stayed in a private cabin here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a small heater which we needed, even in July. We used the large shared kitchen to cook our meals. The staff was very helpful and we used their shuttle system to get to and from Denali Park. The buildings were well maintained and cleaned.... More

This is a fantastic hostel, well not even a hostel, it was a private cabin heated clean and comfortable, so well with a view to die for! We stayed in a cabin near the creek and woke up to the babbling creek and mountains and sun. Georgeous kitchen where you can cook, make lunch, sit and chill with the beautiful... More

Meeting people and using the Hostel as a base for exploring Denali National Park worked for us. Reservations had been made in advance and the process was an easy one. I had only stayed in a hostel once before and didn't get to absorb the experience. Meeting a couple from Minnesota, fellow travelers from Honolulu, Seattle, London and even Taiwan... More

This hostel was perfect! We stayed in Iceworm 1 and listened to the river all night; it was so peaceful. It was perfect for our Denali/Alaska adventure. The room, bathroom and kitchen was clean and comfortable. I'd stay here again in a minute.

This is a real hidden gem in denali! We were in Denali for 3 nights starting from September 2 2014. After a long 4 hours drive from Anchorage we reached to a site of this beautiful hostel right on the bank of a river stream and a great fire pit right on the banks of the stream! We stayed in... Thanks for your review! So happy you enjoyed your stay in the Razor Back Cabin. September is a great time to stay in the Razor Back, as it's our only 2-story cabin and you get some great views of the mountains and the fall colors from upstairs in that cabin. We hope you'll come visit on your next Denali adventure!... More

We were two couples who shared the Wonder Wave cabin for two nights in mid Aug. The cabin was cozy and warm and served our purpose of finding a place to crash during our Denali visit. We were mostly outdoors on both days, however the facilities here were very helpful. This place had the cleanliest restrooms I had ever seen... More

This was a fantastic stay for us in Iceworm 1 & 2 and the High Water cabin. It's definitely low-fi - the showers and bathrooms are all centrally located and shared, but very clean and well maintained. The location is great for a Denali exploration, much much cheaper than other swankier places AND a great stay if you don't mind... More

Thank you for your review! We always love to read that our guests have enjoyed their stay with us. We did just purchase a new wi-fi extender to try to expand our wi-fi coverage- I'm not sure if it was installed before or after your stay- but we will look into that. We're always trying to find ways to improve... More

The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is obvious that they work very hard to make this a fun, friendly and CLEAN place to stay. We stayed in both sides of Iceworm cabin and it was great. The Octagon was comfortable and well equipped. There was plenty of room for groceries in the common area and the laundry worked... More
