We stayed in Creekside the night before and after staying in Denali for 2 nights. So we had 2 different cabins. I want to say right off that both were very clean and comfortable. However, the difference in size for the same price was noticeable. The first night was dry and we spent some nice time by the creek. The... More

We stayed in the Carlo house during our visit to Denali Nat'l Park. Great place and would highly recommend. The house worked out perfectly for our family of 4 but could accommodate more. Very clean and well maintained . Thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit with s'mores each night.

Great place to stay . The cabins are rustic, but very comfortable. We would stay here anytime. Love being next to the creek.. Now, the food. Well, don't miss it.. Even if you don't stay there , EAT there.. The daily specials were great. They can rock out the food and in spite of being a small place, they can... More

We spent two nights here while visiting Denali. Our cabin was by the creek which was nice. The cabins are fairly basic but provided a comfortable nights sleep. They have a fridge and microwave. The heating was very useful helping us to dry out!! Overall we thought the cabin could do with an update. The restaurant was good both for... More

The cabins at McKinley Creekside are very basic. We had a room with two double beds which unfortunately meant there was no table beside either table. There was good wifi but no tv. The restaurant was excellent and opened 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.

From the creek to the firepit to the staff to the chefs to the flowers ... All five star! The food was absolutely outstanding and we really appreciated the packed lunches for our Denali adventures. The staff is excellent, helpful and so friendly. Love this place

Very nice location away from the path craziness. Nice, clean, quaint cabins with everything you need. The dining room is small but awesome service and great food, especially the MONSTER cinnamon rolls! Very laid back place, just like being at home.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Denali. While it is about 20 miles south of the park road if you have a car it is well worth the drive. It is small, quiet and away from the crush of the tour crowd. The cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were all efficient and friendly, quick to offer... More

Thanks for the details in your review. You hit the mark, our goal is provide clean, comfortable cabins with the basics (comfortable bed, private bath, microwave, small frig, coffee maker) at a reasonable price. We are 13 miles or 15-20 minutes south of the entrance to Denali NP so you must have your own car. We cater to independent travelers... More

We stayed for two nights in one of the family cabins. There were 3 beds, a table and chairs, a small kitchenette and bathroom. It was calm and quiet, with no tv, which I loved. There was a creek nearby and you could hear it from our front porch. There were room darkening curtains that kept the constant light out.... More

So glad you enjoyed your stay and time in Denali. The Mt. Denali Cinnamon rolls can be dangerous :-) but are so delicious. Our family cabin is great for groups of up to 6 people or when three beds is preferred as the cabin has two queen beds and one double bed. Thanks for the feedback and review. More

We booked this cabin December 4, 2013 for 4 nights for a trip at the end of June and 1st of July. Our plans during our stay were to spend our time in the Denali National Park. When we checked in we found a lovely thank you card and a small package of homemade granola and a note along with... More
