Up in the Denali Park area you want the best compromise between comfort and wilderness aesthetics, and I'd say that Denali Park Village accomplishes this much better than the Princess properties, where our bus also stopped to pick up passengers. We stayed in the cabins July 11 2014, as part of Celebrity's the post-cruise land tour. The cheek-by-jowl proximity to... More

As part of the land/cruise tour of Alaska, we stayed here. Our rooms in the 800 building were very rustic. With just a little more thought to the quality of the furnishings, this could be an amazing hotel, but the beds were horrible. There was no seal at the bottom of our door, so we had about a 1" gap... This complex is well described by others here. The rooms are actually very well thought out with large, almost kitchen like, vanity adjacent to the bathroom. The central lodge area is huge, ample game area, souvenir shops etc and large eating complex. You should know that breakfast there, while excellent is quite expensive. Continental option was at least $16 and... More

As part of a land/cruise tour of Alaska, we stayed at the Denali Park Village. It is a gorgeous lodge with a giant fireplace in the lobby, wonderful scenery and helpful staff. Although a little rustic, it fit my thought about Alaska perfectly. Food choices are a little limited and a bit pricy, but you will not be sorry that... More

this used to be called another resort name. So if you're on a bus from seward like I was, tell the driver the mile marker bc this used to be called McKinley something. I don't understand the bad reviews. I stayed in the 500s which was the bldg next to the front desk and it was comfortable bed and pillows.... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a land cruise prior to our cruise. The room was very nice even though it was small. It overlooked the river and with the windows open you could hear the water flowing past. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant in the lodge even... More

We stayed for two nights at Denali Park Village in July 2014. The property is quite large and you may be quite far from the main lobby, but this adds to the "camping feel" of the park. Our room was in the Miner's Plaza complex. This area had a small restaurant & bar, a general store and several small souvenir... More

We originally had our rooms reserved through booking.com. But upon arrival at the lodge, we were informed that they didn't receive any reservation from booking.com and hence held no rooms for us. However fortunately, they did have some rooms available for the night and were able to provide us accommodation. Front staff was courteous and helpful. Our rooms were in... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review for our hotel and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the lodge. We apologize for the inconvenience of the construction. We made some major upgrades over the winter and some projects like the new pathways had to be put in during the summer. We are finished with all... More

A very adequate hotel. My room was a little far from the lobby. The surroundings were fabulous, a rapid-flowing river, many big trees. The tour arranged for delivery of the baggage which helped since there was no elevator. They also took our bags down to the bus when we were leaving. Royal Caribbean took very good care of us.

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that we took good care of you. We think the Village has the best setting of the all the Denali hotels with its location on the Nenana River and I am happy to hear that our service met your expectations. Hopefully we will see you again in the future... More

We stayed here after a very long drive from Dawson to Denali, Denali highway; My back was quite sore, lower back, and we desperately needed a comfortable clean place to stay. We decided to stay at this lodge and were overall very pleased. Rooms are clean, the service to generally good for guests, and even finding massage was possible through... More
