Nice Compound, the rooms are located in various huts (we stayed in the Q one) which are build into a valley behind the main building that hosts the lobby and restaurants. From the bedroom we had a nice view over the valley with river Nenana as well as the surrounding mountains. Nice chambers with seperate bedroom, seperate niche with sink and... More

We stayed here as part of the Holland America "Triple Denali" experience. The room itself was in a lodge away from the main building but the shuttles ran frequently so we didn't have any problems. This particular lodge was recently moved and remodeled so it was comfortable enough if a bit lacking in some expected amenities (like places to hang... More

We stayed here as part of an Holland America land tour and we were certainly pleased with our accommodation. We were in one of the lodges away from the main building and had a large, king size room which was very well furnished. It was comfortable and most certainly a pleasing place in which to relax. There was frequent transportation... More

The grand chalet is appropriately sized for the grandeur of Denali. Behind the Chalet are lanes of two-floor lodges that seem to go on and on, tastefully rustic to complement the mountainous back drop. The interiors follow the log cabin theme, allowing guests to feel like they're staying in an individual cabin rather than a lodge. Our room was on... More

My wife and I were taking a family cruise with my parents and sibling for their 50th anniversary. As soon as it was planed, my wife and I booked the three day Denali tour for ourselves. It was always something I wanted to do so this was the perfect opportunity. I had read on line that some travelers were underwhelmed... More

Enjoyed a comfortable stay in a chalet. Room was not star quality, but fine for a two night stay in the pleasant setting of Denali National Park.Part of the Holland America hotel chain monopoly. No special features but comfortable bed. The restaurants were pricey as we had expected. The buffet breakfast was $32 for two of us. Dinners were comparably... More

Stayed here as part of the Holland America cruise. Beautiful grounds and views, good restaurants. Everything was going fine until we went to bed. The bed had stains, dirt, and pubic hairs on the sheets. This was inexcusable. Apparently, they don't have housekeeping staff on duty at 10:30 PM. The front office quickly sent a maintenance man with clean sheets.... More

We were at the McKinley Chalet Resort as part of the land cruise with Holland America. Out building set back in the woods and was very nice. One problem we had was trying to find our rooms because we didn't realize that the upper floor had different numbers. Our room was clean and simple with a small deck. The curtains... More

Here for part of Holland America trip. Room was located in T lodge. Lots of trees and babbling river behind building gave us the feeling of being at a c as no area. Lodge was made of logs. Room was very comfy with comfy bed and soft pillows. Very clean. Staff helpful.

We stayed as part of a Holland America cruise. Rooms were a little old but clean and comfortable and quiet. The cabin night dinner play was good. Restaurants on grounds are good but a little expensive, but there are several others close across the street in shopping strip. Bus to Denali Park runs twice an hour and all the excursions... More
