This B&B is fantastic. When you are planning on visiting Denali Park the location of this place is really great. We stayed here for one night only but it was enough to confirm what other travelers said - that both the host (Marianne) and the lodging/food are spectacular. To start, the place is impeccably clean (a major plus for me),... More

So if you are looking for a wonderful private B and B stay near the entrance to Denali Park and away from the cruise crowd in the touristy town down the road, this is your best choice. Marianne is a great hostess and even better baker!!! Her husband Fritz is a guide in the Park and knows the entire state.... More

Great place to stay. We took the train to Denali from Anchorage. The Deneki Lakes B&B was great - charming. Fritz and Marianne were delightful. Marianne made amazing breakfasts. They had great suggestions. You can pay $80/per night for them to drive you around. That was great and necessary without a car.

Fritz' and Marianne run a beautiful B&B. everything is so clean and nice. The breakfast Marianne makes is superb. There are some house rules to keep the house clean and the B&B area proper. All and all we had a great stay (3 nights) and left the place with the feeling we left some friends behind.

We were looking for something special for our anniversary and found it here. Marianne was amazing and we felt like best friends within minutes of meeting her. We worried a bit when we made reservations that the B&B looked a bit plain and that it would be hard to find nice restaurants. The views were spectacular especially from the dining... More

Thanks to Marianne and Fritz for sharing their warmth and special home in a special location. This was our first trip to Alaska, and we'd return to Denali National Park and Deneki Lakes B&B in a heartbeat. The hospitality, comfortable bed, elegant breakfasts, travel advice, and views were all first rate. Fritz and Marianne are super organized and made travel... More

My wife and I enjoyed the relaxation room and stunning views from the breakfast table. The owner is a jewel and gave us tasty meals (breakfast and optional lunch) helped us maximize our fun at Denali. Suggestions for tours, restaurants, unique Alaska lifestyle stories - fun. We briefly visited the hotels used by the cruise ship tours - more expensive... More

We stayed here at the end of the season in September 2013 for 2 nights. We were the only guests during this time so we had a lot of privacy and dedicated guest services. Description. Guest rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a common area (living room), dining room, and the two guest rooms are next to each... More

My husband and I stayed at Deneki Lakes B&B for two nights during our visit to the Denali area. Marianne and Fritz are delightful hosts who go out of their way to welcome you and ensure you are comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious, even the packed one we took when we had to leave for the park at 6am was... More

Calling it simply B&B does not do the place true justice, for Marianne and Fritz have created much more than that. The guests get to stay on the second floor of their exceptionally well-located house. Everything is pristine and clean; superbly comfortable and unobtrusive, the views from the multitude of windows in the living room and bedrooms are stunning. I... More
