We stayed in a room at the Sunset Lodge, which is not in the Bryce Canyon Lodge itself but is 100 yards away from the main Lodge. The room was, as others described, serviceable. There are no TVs in any of the on-site rooms, and wifi is only in the Lodge itself. (Others have described the wifi as "fast" --... More

This facility met our expectations: room and related facilities provided the right place to stay and spend a night in this area. The restaurant (dinner & breakfast) were OK without being fantastic. Would we stay here again: yes.

Yes, it's a bit pricey. No, it's not the lap of luxury. However, you're staying at a historic national park lodge within walking distance of incredible sights and experiences. We had a motel room in the Sunset Unit and can say that it was serviceable. There was a nice deck off of our room and the beds were comfortable enough,... More

Stayed two nights and found the accommodation adequate. clean and tidy with good sized rooms. all areas seemed a bit dark. Big let down was the restaurant. Meals were quite good although portions were ridiculously large, especially at breakfast. dining room was extremely cold and draughty. certainly needed to wear outside gear whilst in the restaurant. we were seated near... Like many of the other reviewers, we enjoyed our stay at Bryce Canyon Lodge but couldn't describe it as excellent. On the positive side, the Lodge is in a super setting and has a wonderful, old world, atmosphere. Unfortunately, less good was the standard of housekeeping. The room was not clean. The food was also mixed. We have a very... More

Bryce Canyon is not visible from the road as you approach the lodge, which in itself, is nothing spectacular. It is another unique national park lodge with tons of charachter and quaint rooms with nice little balconies. It is located in the Forrest and does not have much of a view. A short walk of maybe 100 yards fixes the... More

Arrived in Bryce Canyon just as it was reopened after government shutdown. By the time we got to the Bryce canyon lodge we were wrecked and starving. We were impressed with the accommodation - clean, big room with 2 beds and separate bathroom. Everything we needed! We went across the road to the restaurant beside Rubys Inn for the buffet... More

We stayed there for one night in August. We wish we could stay two nights but you have to book the room months earlier. Stay in the park has the benefit to walk to rim in 5 minutes and so you can go back to rest in your room very easy. In the night, to watch the star on the... More

We smiled on arrival as this old style lodge is certainly spartan , rustic and with a certain old world charm. The room was clean , comfortable and the bed was OK for a good night sleep. We found the staff friendly yet obviously under pressure. The food and restaurant as passable. We were here in late August 2013 and... More
