Wow, what an enchanting campground. Book early because most of these campsites are booked as soon as the reservation window opens. We were forturnate to get a site booked online a couple months in advance. We stayed on site 11 - which had a huge rock formation beside the picnic table that our teens scaled over and over while we... More

Honestly, this campground is the best thing about Arches, one of the more overrated and touristy national parks (just my opinion, of course, but go to canyonlands if you really want to get away.) Staying in Devil's Garden made the visit worth it, however. You'll camp among ginormous rocks, have a chance to see an amazing sunset through the arches... More

We booked our site early and still didn't have our pick of the campground. The campground itself is great but if you plan on hanging around there during the day, bring something to make shade because there isn't much and it gets HOT. We hiked during the day and at night our tent got nice and cool. The bathrooms were... More

This is a really nice campground but don't count on a lot of shade or privacy. Sites are all out along the road and most don't have trees. In July/August, it was really hot and a little hard to sleep. It's a great location in the park as you can walk right to the very popular Devil's Garden trailhead and... More

We booked our site (#51) months in advance. It has one tree that provides shade for most of the day. The hours between 4pm and 7pm were the toughest. Clean grills. Quiet campground! Close to the devils garden trailhead! Restrooms were clean. Nice big sink for dish washing. We are tent campers, and thought after our 3 nights there that... More

This was one of the most scenic campgrounds! It was simply beautiful and very close to many beautiful hiking trails. There is even an arch near the bathrooms, they're everywhere! We very much enjoyed staying here and would love to again!

We had #4, right across from bathroom. Surprisingly quiet. Sunken down site, lots of privacy. Potable water, no showers, nightly ranger talks. Make sure you have a reservation. Lots of beautiful hikes nearby, you don't even have to leave the park unless you want to. Amazing time!

Camping at Devils Garden Campground is a complete delight. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The campsites are charming and scenic. And the setting is completely glorious. As we drove into Arches National Park for over 30min to reach the campground, I was worried. We have two small children and it felt very remote. But once we arrived, set up... More

This is the only campsite in the Arches and a must if you want to be at the key sites early (before the crowds and before the sun!) We camped in tents and, as the temperature drops at night, managed to get a couple of good nights' sleep. We enjoyed stargazing and taking night time shots of the sky once... More

Not only is this a nice place to camp in Arches, it is the ONLY place to camp! You MUST book ahead here as it is fills up way ahead of time. It was nicer than I thought it would be - restrooms and sinks were a welcome addition. Many of the sites have fabulous views and some areas a... More
