Strange to be in Zakynthos in December but I had to attend a ceremony for the arrival of a new cruise ship and I stayed in this hotel with my 8 year old daughter for two nights I have mixed impressions. Few aspects were of excellent quality, others well beyond what I would expect. The location is excellent for a... More

Diana Hotel in Zakynthos town is a hidden jewel. It is excellent. Located at the top of the main square, it is well positioned for tavernas, bars, the EOT beach , shops and the port. It is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. When you book the reception staff fall over themselves to be helpful. The breakfasts are to die for.... More

Just returned from Zante we're still impressed by Diana Hotel:-) Despite our room was small as we've saved some money on that-the suit was really comfortable, equipped with everything necessary, balkony overlooking into narrow pedestrian street (and we appreciated that much at nights when St.Marco square was crazy crouded and clubbing). Diana's breakfasts were typical Greece with feta-cheese,tomatos,cucambers,yougurt,cottage cheese, and bakery.Every greekophile will... More

We have been here 1 day and find this hotel to be not only great but with helpful and friendly staff, we initially oversaw this hotel due to a couple of reviews (which had nothing to do with the hotel and more with a missed booking or another issue) we arrived and were promptly welcomed, we arrived at our room,... Let me start by staying that we didn't intend to stay at the Diana- the hotel round the corner lost our booking so they did a deal with the Diana to accommodate us two adults and four children. Although the Diana showed us the room and agreed we could stay the manager clearly wasn't happy with the deal they had... More

Hello geronimo First of all, please allow us to make some comments on your review so as to show what the real picture was behind your fast conclusions. The least we want is to have a misleading review in our listing. I assume that you are aware of the fact that you have been overbooked from the other hotel you... More

We recently book a room in Diana Hotel on July 2014 for 3 days and we had to cancel the reservation due to a health problem. The Hotel didn't accept the cancellation and they try to ignore the health problem and charge 116 euro without visiting their hotel.I talk to them the same day of the charge and they pretend that... On the plus side the location has to score highly. Just seconds away from the main square where one can eat, drink, shop, stroll, and just watch the world go by. Also plenty of taxi's, a ten minutes walk from the harbour, or twenty minutes from the old part of town where there are some serious good Taverna's. Plus there... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and felt very comfortable, but it's definitely a budget hotel. The interior is a bit old, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Breakfast buffet offers bread, eggs, yoghurt, fruit from the can, honey, jam, cheese, ham, cake, coffee, juice, but the quality is rather mediocre. We paid 50€ per night for... More

We went early in the season late April in fact we were the only people in the hotel to begin with. Staff are fantastic and friendly - the hotel is a little tired and needs updating -however the room was clean and had a small balcony overlooking the square where we could sit and watch the goings on - it... My husband, myself and 3 teenage girls went on a week's off season break (October half term). The main resorts were closed so we stayed in the town. The hotel wasn't busy and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. At breakfast our eggs and bacon were cooked to order, taxis were arranged when needed and anything else we required... More
