Agreed that the drive through the two factory buildings or what appears to be factories is a bit off putting but once your there its a super small hotel that has charm and a welcoming attitude. The hotel is approached through a narrow gap between 2 run-down warehouses - but don't be put off... it's an excellent place to stay if you're looking for a small hotel in the mid-price bracket (it's officially rated as 2 star).
