Overall a very disappointing experience at the Prestbury House Hotel. Poor breakfast and expensive for the standard of hotel and service. Breakfast. Really bad! Really nice hotel with clean bedrooms, comfy beds, good facilities within rooms. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff really friendly. Made to feel very welcome from the moment I enquired about rooms in January. Recommend The Royal Oak for good food.

The bedroom and bathroom were filthy - dirty skirting boards and radiators and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed.
