Nice little suite, convenient to find and explore Tamborine. The town centre for shops/ cafes is not far off. Nice and quiet surrounds and friendly staff. Delicious breaky. Spa and Fireplace were lovely however the suite walls are fairly thin and having to wisper so that next door don't listen wasn't the most relaxing environment. Could do with some bathroom... More

Stayed in a cabin. It was clean and tidy. Kitchen had all the basics although we mostly ate out. We had the fire on every day and it warmed the whole cabin well. Bed was comfortable. The owners were nice and quickly answered our requests. Great location, just under a kilometre to walk to gallery walk along the footpath.

Stayed here in July 2014, the luxury cottage was everything we expected, cosy and comfortable. Fireplace warmed the whole cottage very quickly, lounge, bed, spa every thing perfect for a mid-winter weekend getaway. Will be back.

Maz's on the mountain is a wonderful, relaxing and serene hideaway in the heart of the mountains. Stayed in the indulgence cottage and was most definitely worth it. Gorgeous and secluded. Will be back again for sure.

My husband and I stayed at Maz's when Maz ran it and the food and service was amazing. This time we stayed in a cottage. It had a very musty smell, so bad that I had to spray the rooms with air freshener, the squeakiest bed I've ever heard with the hardest mattress and the noisiest air conditioning unit. Maz... More

I have stayed at Maz's on a few occasions over the years. We decided to escape for a few nights before the craziness of the silly season kicked in and it was as wonderful as our previous winter visits. The owners are fabulous and go out of their way to make every stay special. They always remember us and make... More

We stayed a couple nights in the africa themed suite, was a very nice room, a great spot to stay and relax close to everything. Very friendly service, will be back again to test out the fire place in winter and enjoy breakfast on the deck :-)

We stayed at Maz's in November 2013, so the sunny and hot season. We arrive to enter a reception area that reeks of musk, the damp kind. 3 of our party (2 x couples) couldn't stand the smell and had to leave the reception area. The lady serving (I can't remember her name) us was very short with us, and... More

We had a lovely stay at Maz's. The cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have hoped for; comfortable beds,a spa more than big enough for two, a cosy fire-place to cuddle up in front of, a kitchen for preparing a nice meal and to top it off a beautiful breakfast served on our own private veranda. The... More
