At the end of a 13-day Group Tour of a number of European cities - from Amsterdam to Munich to Venice to Paris, we rented a car and drove the 200 Km from Paris to a small (very small) town near the D-Day Beaches in Normandy. The town’s name is Sequeville en Bessin and, based solely on an internet search,... More

We can totally recommend this wonderful farmhouse. We stayed here for two nights and couldn´t have chosen a better place for our Normandie stay. Don´t miss the breakfast, which is inluded in the price. It is also close to Bayeux, which is well worth a visit with nice shops and restaurants.

We agree with everything written about the place and especially Valerie. She was a marvelous, friendly, easy going host, who spoke very good English and was meticulous about every detail. We arranged via email the appromixmate ttime we would arrive. We were greeted when we pulled into the courtyard. The fireplace was already going as we entered a very large... More

I have been in dozens of rural b&b around Europe and I believe that this is the best experience so far. We came here expecting well, a farm and found a wonderfully renovated and maintained manor house. Immaculately clean (spotless), chic, tasteful and fashionable - to the very smallest detail. my only remark is that the bed in the linen... More

Generous is the setting, generous are the rooms, generous is the breakfast and generous is the hostess, and all at a level of excellence expected in a five star accommodation. Upon driving through the archway into the courtyard, this superbly renovated farm in local stone surrounds and welcomes you. Our visit to discover Norman culture started right here. In the... More

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, historic B & B. The hospitality was great, the food was amazing and the rooms were immaculate, spacious and nicely furnished. Nice quiet country location with great views over the orchards. Breakfast was generous with fresh bakery items and plenty of tasty homemade goodies, even a sweet treat to spoil us. We spent... More

Amazing place and service! We often stay in hotels but decided to try out a real french 'chambre d'hôtes' and I must say the experience was way more then we excpected. Ecellent service, a beautiful room with view over the apple garden, delicious breakfast (she had even made us a peach and almond pie!!) ...The manoir is like taken from... More

We stayed here over the Easter long weekend and it was charming. We stayed in the "Chambre Lin", which was done up to an excellent standard. It has lovely views of the apple orchards, and the manoir itself is beautifully restored. Breakfast is great, with freshly prepared fruit, croissants, bread, home-made jams (different selections every day), and a freshly baked... More
