We stopped for 3 nights and just loved the place. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The atmosphere and decor is warm, cosy with a nice fossil/nautical line, (kind of obviously really) but feels right, not cheesy. Having a beer in the fireside armchairs was a really nice touch. The evening meals and breakfasts are excellent - the Steak... More

This was not our first choice but probably should have been! Food excellent, service attentive - the one negative review we read must have been a blip! The room (4) with balcony and facing the cove was comfortable - bed very much so! Decor was nauticalia meets shabby chic- very well done though and shower room, TV etc spot on.... More

I stayed on Thursday night and I enjoyed my stay the room was clean and very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The beer was very nice and the food was good too. I will definitely stay again if I was in the area.

A wonderful place to stay for a break. My girlfriend took me down for a Christmas present, very thoughtful. On arrival we were upgraded to a room with a wonderful view of the cove with a balcony, and a bath. I highly recommend it. There was so much attention to detail to the room and it felt like a home... I took my daughter here for an overnight retreat at short notice. we couldn't have chosen better. The whole atmosphere was ideal: friendly, comfortable, relaxed and with a lovely, seaside style. Excellent food, nice bar, adorable room with great views to the cove. Lulworth is fairly quiet in the winter (we liked that!) but there are a couple of little... More

Took a weekend break after a hectic Christmas! Stayed in Room 3, the ultimate in shabby chic with good view, comfortable bed, large bath and en suite, all spotlessly clean. Ate in the restaurant/bar for two nights. Food a little variable but mainly very good, especially the breakfasts. Staff very pleasant and attentive. No problem with "dog friendly" but yapping... Stayed at Lulworth Cove Inn for a couple of nights early in New Year. Very friendly & warm welcome. Comfortable, well-furnished room (No.9) with sea view. Excellent breakfast. Evening meal less inspiring, so maybe better to head out for dinner. Great location for walking the South Coast Path.

We stayed for 2 nights in August 2014. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Lulworth Cove Inn, it was a beautiful place to stay with everything you could need. Our room was clean, modern and had everything you could want to enjoy your stay and the breakfast was amazing. For us, it was perfect.

Just had a two night stay, I cannot recommend this place highly enough, it's gorgeous, the rooms are beautifully decorated, good food and the staff are wonderful, definitely going again. It's a two minutes walk from the Cove, there's also the Coastal walk, loved it!

It has a perfect location and is well decorated so we were expecting a moderately pleasant lunch. Fish and chips took nearly an hour to arrive dried out with some almost warm chips and peas. After complaining we witnessed a scene out of Fawlty towers; another fish arrived on it's own that looked identical without the cold chips and peas... More

Thank you for your feedback and it upsets me that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. As explained to you on the day, my waitress had inadvertently forgot to key to the till the fish and chips from your order, and as we were so busy this took longer to get to the table than usual. When... More
