We left this place after one night. Room over the kitchens, loud extractor fans until late, then early next morning. Low frequency hum of electrical equipment from below all night. Management not interested in sorting this out or moving us. We won't be going back

Sad decline of the Swan. The pub and garden are tired. The drinks are very expensive. The food is gastro pub prices and poor quality. Don't go on a sunny day you can wait 20 minutes for a drink. The place lacks ambience, class and good service.
