Stayed last weekend as a party of four groups for 2 nights. We had 3 beachside cabins, and friends camped. Very relaxing and the kids had a ball. Took the boat out and got a few crabs, kids took their quad bikes (but made sure we stayed out of everyone's way and kept noise to a minimum), swimming in the... More

We camped for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. The sites are a good size and very shady. If you have a large van you might not be able to park directly in front of the site but there is plenty of parking nearby. The amenities block are the public toilets for the restaurant but were never crowded. They are... More

A really nice weekend less than 2 hours from Darwin. Friendly staff, Cabin basic but clean, lovely view from the balcony, good food from the restaurant, swimming pool, and great fishing to top it off.

We recently stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights. The food was great as was the staff and the views however the room for $250 per night was grotty and the bathroom grim. Relaxing place but take plenty of Bushmans or you'll be eaten alive as the resort is surrounded by a mangrove swamp.

We ventured down a road not sure what was at the end of it.Extremely idyllic scenery overlooking a large amount of water...just the place to have a couple of quiet beers on the verandah of the the bar

What a surprise our visit was. Evidently it has fairly new ownership and this was reflected in the many improvements being implemented around the resort. Painting, maintenance and a general air of wanting things to be better. The whole staff team were incredible friendly and supportive. Food was great. Views stunning. Hired a boat and caught a fish! But just... More

My partner and I recently stayed at Crab Claw Island for the weekend. Our cabin on the beach was simple yet beautiful. The food (bfast, lunch & dinner) was excellent. And we received great service from all the staff. *Even saw a small 2m Croc from the restaurant during bfast* Highly recommended and have already organised a return trip with... More

We have been staying here regularly for the past 12-15years and this is the best we've seen it. Yes the rooms are pretty old but they are slowly doing them up. Our retreat cabin was lovely, very clean with nice linen. The staff are excellent with nothing being too much trouble. We spent last Christmas here and the difference is... More

Recently stayed at Crabclaw with my two boys. Loved it. Rooms are nothing fancy but what really stood out was the staff. They were relaxed, helpful and prepared to go the extra mile to make our stay awesome. We hired a boat and they patiently took us through it and had helpful hints on best places to fish. Will definitely... More
