The hotel is very close to the main road so that the garden is not nice and the plastic grass on the terrace behind the rooms failed to inspire us. On the plus side are clean rooms and friendly staff and good free internet.

GOOD: 1. Free car parking. 2. Free wi-fi. BAD: 1. Very, very small shower, about 2x2 meters, equipment is very old. 2. Breakfast could be better - omlet is tasteless, and no sausages. 3. No climate control in room. 4. Room is small, so it is more like a 3-star hotel.

I'll begin by saying we were booked into this hotel as part of a larger group traveling to San Marino for an annual soccer tournament held there. I don't know if our experience would have differed if we'd been "regular" guests. Overall, this hotel was adequate, but not at all worth a repeat visit. First, it is not conveniently located... More

rarely review anything, but I have to say a few words about this property... I stayed in this hotel for two nights last week and cannot overstate how fantastic the customer service was. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, the staff at the hotel bent over backwards to provide great service. Not to be... More

Planning only an overnight stay, this hotel satisfied my needs: I wanted to avoid parking problems and traffic, so did not want to stay in San Marino proper. The hotel was a bit further than I had expected, though, so we had to drive to visit the town - and parking for that visit was a bit of a challenge.... More

Arrived here for an overnight stay. From the outside it is of modern design, inside it is a mix of modern and classical. The reception, lounge and bar area blend together into a single area decorated with classical Italian Furniture and Furnishings and offers a comfortable and friendly enviroment to spend some time. Not sure that I had one of the... More

Great food, friendly staff, good service, nice spa, beautiful rooms, good value for money. Loved it and definitely recommend it. Nice for a relax weekend or getaway. Good location close to the old city of san marino, good tax free shopping and also not far from Rimini seaside.

We stayed at this resort for 1 day only because of the huge discounts that the GROUPON coupon provide. The hotel was good, the room was very clear and spacious and the bathroom too but I consider that it is too expensive for the services on offer, not too much in compliace with the standard they advirtise. The staff was... More

The hotel provides very interesting end furnished in classic style public areas. You feel yourself like in a museum somehow. Meanwhile rooms are so poor. Our had a nice balcony, but was equipped with very old, scrapped furniture and was not cozy or nice looking overall. The hotel provides free parking, breakfast was usual, nothing special, but a nice waiter... More

The property is clean, safe and a good value. BUT you can feel that its not making the money it needs to maintain its status. Electronics are very dated, the staff was young and "stiff" in their ability, or desire to be helpful. I couldn't decide which. Breakfast was very nice, there was no extra charge for parking the car,... More
