We would like to thank lusty beg so much for hosting our amazing wedding. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their day. Staff were really good and helped our day to run smoothly. You have an amazing wedding coordinator Caroline who helped us with planning our day to also making sure the day ran perfect. We can not thank you... More

We attended a wedding on Lusty Beg Island and the food was excellent and the accommodation was very comfortable and pleasant as were the views. Ferry operation was very efficient and even accommodated me having to leave at 07.30 in the morning to go to work, even though the ferry does not start until 08.30, Captain Birdseye was very pleasant... After searching various venues/restaurants/grounds for our wedding, we chose to get married on Lusty Beg this month. It was incredible. From the ceremony on the pontoon overlooking the lake, to the first rate accommodation, superb food (and portions) and first class customer service, we were not left disappointed. We could not fault anything at all. Caroline, Catherine, Mary, Richard and... More

We held our wedding at Lusty Beg recently and could not recommend it highly enough. Everything about the run up to the big day, and the day itself ran so smoothly. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, helping with any questions or queries quickly. The food was second to none and we had so many of our guests comment on... More

Stayed here as a guest for a wedding. Absolutely gorgeous setting. Rooms were perfect and clean! Food was also beautiful. Only criticism is not serving lunch until 1pm after a wedding a lot of people want a bite to eat before they head home. Cannot speak highly enough of this place. Will definitely be back!!

We booked a deal via living social. Lusty beg is a gem of a place. We stayed in a courtyard room. Very impressed. Even patio doors in the room. We hired bikes for a cycle very reasonably priced we had them for 4 hours. Tennis rackets available to have a game in the tennis court. We ate lunch and dinner... More

Coming from the neighbouring village and my husband from London we decided lusty beg island would be a suitable venue for our wedding reception as it would be able to accommodate guests from near and far. From the moment we booked lustybeg the staff could not have been more helpful! Being a nurse I got most of my 'great' wedding... More

We spent 2 nights. The room was big. Meals where ok. We didn't take advantage of all they offered. Spa, boating, hiking and other outdoor activities. It would be great for a family or a wedding. On the lake with a ride across the ferry in the car was a first for me.

We stayed at Lusty Beg last weekend for my son's wedding and it couldn't of been a better place to be. The lodge was spacious and well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived in the evening so didn't see the wonderful view until the following morning when we opened our curtains and saw a spectacular view of... More
