The setting here is every bit old world charm of Piedmont and the views are literally breathtaking, but the actual buildings are a tad lifeless and modern. That does not distract though from great service and great stay. Amenities are top drawer and I had one of the best meals of my life here at dinner in Le Rei. A... More

I agree with most of the reviews. It is modern Italian in a great location. Food, service and spa good. The downside is that some areas lacked atmosphere, a bit too conference facility. Breakfast was lacking in imagination for this part of Italy particularly compared with ca de lupo up the road. Coffee from an urn, in Italy! Will do... More

It's too bad we only stayed 2 nights here. I would have loved to stay longer if I had known it was this beautiful here! The resort is located on a hill top, surrounded by rows and rows of vineyards below. The view from every angle is simply spectacular and beyond words. You have to experience it to believe it.... We only had one night at Bocareto but we wish we could have stayed more. The view from the resort was stunning and after a few days of wine tasting it was just what we needed to unwind and relax. I do think that the decor was a bit different but it worked in with the theme of the whole... More

Il Boscareto is beautifully situated high on a hill overlooking vineyards and villages of Piedmont. The rooms are well furnished, spacious, and comfortable, and the service is great. BUT, really, the place is pretty ugly. It's out of character with the surrounding countryside and typical architecture of the local villages. The decor is bad - it's a fairly new hotel,... More

Some criticize the modernity of this hotel, but for us it worked. If you are only staying for a weekend in the area and want more "tradition" and warmth, stay away, but if like us you want to sample different things (we also stayed at the more rustic Relais San Maurizio, check out our review), this is a nice place... Despite some previous criticisms by Tripadvisors we very much enjoyed our five night stay at the Boscareto. Antonio on reception was charming and attentive, as were all the staff. The more than adequate breakfast buffet was overshadowed by the superb views through the panoramic windows. Q Our first room was spacious with silk lined walls. Yes as stated previously everything... The hotel is set in the midst of beautiful vineyards, with fantastic views of the mountains and surrounding area. They have a swimming pool and rest area overlooking these vineyards which are absolutely great for relaxing. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. It is highly recommended if you want to spend some time in the area, have some rest... More

We stayed in some sort of suite with a terrace with a panoramic view. The room was spacious, had high standard and was very clean. The spa was great! I had a massage I was very happy with. The swimming pool and sauna was really good. The staff was very helpful. Only negative thing is that the wifi was slow... More
