What a great way to start our journey through northern Patagonia! The lodge complex right beside the lake makes it truly magical! if you're with your spouse, i recommend the treehouse, the view is simply gorgeous! I stayed for 3 days there with my girlfriend. Dinner is served in the main lodge, which was a bit far of our treehouse,... More

This person never spent a single night in TERRA LUNA,, as well as he never did a formal booking either (booking requires mail procedures, prepayment, etc... ), so this is a lie... He just joined some of our passengers for the day excursion because a member of his own family told him he should absolutely do it (as everybody else... More

A really amazing place. This resort is just outside Puerto Guadal in a small hill with a perfect view of lake General Carrera and the snow covered mountains on the other side of the lake. It has several cabins with a rustic architecture, a lot of attention to details and small accents. They have a small beach in the lake... More

During our expedition to mount San Valentin we stayed twice for a couple of days at Terra Luna Lodge. We really appreciated to stay at Terra Luna Lodge with Philippe and his staff! If you are in Patagonia you should not expect hotels according 5 star rated hotels in St. Moritz, Kitzbühl etc. But what you get for your money... More

Hi! I want to say that my experience with Visitchile.com was completely different. Last March me and my boyfriend booked with them a similar tour, and stayed in this hotel. The place was incredible, full surrounded by nature and the General Carrera Lake outstanding. Besides, we enjoyed the exquisite patagonian food, delicious meats and the best wine we ever had!... If you look for unspoiled nature, not many but always charming small villages where people are extremely hospitable and where time seems less important, where you can find a different offer of adventure programmes like fly fishing, mountain climbing, rafting and when -after a day of fysical efforts- you like to enjoy a superb meal and excellent Chilean wines in... Some time ago we return from Terra Luna, and the place is really wonderful. It wasreally a very pleasant experience, which fulfilled all our expectations and even exceeded in some areas, particularly with respect to the human and professional qualities of ALL people working in the Lodge. San Lorenzo Cabin is truly welcoming, appropriate size for a family of 4,... More

It sounded like paradise - individual bungalows spread out over a hillside looking over Lago General Carrera. The landscape and view really is spectacular. Only the Jacuzzi Bungalow was not what we had expected. First they told us that the Jacuzzi did not work - this is the main attraction of the small wooden bungalow. No bathroom, instead a seperate... We got in contact with the avisor and you will find below a resume of our talks. The point is that this person just arrived days before we started the complete remodelation of the Jacuzzi bungalow, which is now one of our best rooms!!! I send him pictures of the new cabin (see answer and new advisors comments), so comment... More

After travelling through Chilean Patagonia, arriving in Terra Luna Lodge is like stepping into an oasis of warmth and tranquility. The place is owned by a former special forces French soldier who was done every extreme adventure on the planet so you are guaranteed to have available a range of outdoor activities. The lodge is quiet, composed of several independent... More

The Lodges ared situated on the shores of Lake General Carrera with a stunning view to the mountains of the Northern Ice Field. Our Lodge was supposed to be for up to six people - we were three, which, considering the bathroom, should be the maximum. Meals are served in a different house, which means steep walks after each meal.... More
