We feel very fortunate to have found this gem in the little town of Agnone. Our stay was wonderful and Rosita and her husband Pasquale (a top guy at the must-see Agnone bell factory) made us feel right at home. We arrived late into Agnone and couldn't find the location, but we called Rosita who sent someone out to meet... More

I found this place on the internet, and thought the reviews sounded good, and they were not wrong. Rosita is a wonderful host, and her small B&B is perfectly kept. The rooms are stylish, warm and clean, and if you haven't put on 5 pounds after a few of those plentiful and delicious breakfasts then perhaps you should see a... More

One of the highlights of our vist to Agnone was the hospitality of Rosita & Pasquale Marinelli and our stay at the beautiful historical Lacanda La Campana lovingly restored by Rosita. My father was born in Agnone and Pasquale arranged for me to meet with genealogical researcher to trace 3 generations of my family and to locate the house my... More

We decided to stop in Agnone for 2 nights as a stopover from Trani to Rome. We just looked on the map and picked a small town that was more or less half way, and how lovely it was .Our B&B, Locanda La Campana was delightful, nicely decorated, a bit different from the usual and very comfortable. The owners, Pasquale... More

I found Locanda La Campana on the internet. I liked the photos and the location (close to town and a short walk to Cafe Leterrario). When we entered our room, we were happy to see that it surpassed our expectations. It's the kind of accommodations you might want to make your residence for a whole season. Rosita, the proprietor, makes... More

We decided to stay here after reading the reviews, somewhere that sounded a little different in a little Italien town. If you google the town you will be able to find it, and also give you some idea of where to park your car without having to worry about parking restrictions. This is an old stone house which has been... More

I just completed a 10-trek of Abbruzzi/Molise and stayed one evening at Locanda La Campana. What a wonderful B & B. Very unique with lots of charm, character, clean and spacious room. The details were true to the location and history of Agnone (which is an absolutely beautiful village). Our hosts were very hospitable and went out of their way... More

The La Coconda La Campana is a hidden Jewel in the small town of Agnone and Rosita and Pasquale are very caring hosts. The rooms have been prepared with care in leaving them looking like the ancient building they are in but the furnishing is very modern leaving a wonderful contrast. They put up with our lack of Italian and... More
